    in 2010
    and in 2015
No, you haven't lost any money but haven't made any money either.
You just lost 5 years of earning potential in a record stock market. Not too many stocks have stayed the same in five years.

Cograts. You found the one that did.

Oh ntw, I heard The Cadillac Electric car is doing better than expected.
    Expected by me, that is,

I heard VOLT has a new VOLT coming! LOL
I bet it does as well against the NEW Prius as the old Volt did against the old Prius.

When will GM realize their electric attempts are nothing short of a bust! Toyota can do it, Tesla can do it, BMW will do it but the general public is still not ready for this lab experiment that has a long way before it becomes a viable transportation alternative, As it just a toy to be played with.

Thanks for asking. No I am not.
"Loser"? Neah, I don't think so.
"Liar"? Depends on the definition of a liar. Should I be lying justum? Is that the only way you know of to stay relevant?

Still stuck in Flint waiting for the property values to come up? Or, do I have you mixed up with another loser?
Admit it. You miss me, didn't you?
I would have sworn jeye would have told you just about every other user is an alias of mine so I probably never left. LOL

Now I remember the names. It may very well be age related or maybe my brain is trying to erase some data to make room for new names and new interests. Once you mentioned them I DO remember the names. Are they still around?
They HAD to keep the hype up. They had to pretend like they were selling because the actual numbers would have scared what few potential buyers they had. Let's face it, even if you personally liked a car even another product, do you really want to buy one after you learn they are selling so few? You begin to wonder if they will be around? Will parts be available? Why am I the one of three others in a town of 145,000 to buy a VOLT? Am I smarter than the others or do they know something I don't? They kept on building something no one wanted. Then came the bigger lie. They were going to sell zillion of them in Europe!! Remember that?

Friends,Morons, countrymen, lend me your ears
I come to bury VOLT, not to praise it.
    The evil that car do lives after them;
    The good is oft interred with their bones;
So let it be with MAllen1998.

  • mallen1998 mallen1998 Apr 9, 2015 6:47 PM Flag

Web thank you for remembering. It wasn't that difficult a prediction. It was easier than picking the quinella horses in the 3rd race at Belmont.

  • mallen1998 by mallen1998 Apr 9, 2015 6:43 PM Flag

I don't smell him. IS he dead and gone?

  • One would have to be blind or a jeye not to see this coming. You can't sustain a production line on a car that costs more to produce than it sells for. I take very little credit for having predicted VOLT would come to a HALT.
What I am ashamed of, why did I miss it by so many months?

I can;'t remember his name now, whatever happened to that young man stuck in Detroit with a mortgage who was re-inventing the new revolutionary transmission that was going to save the world? He was a big proponent of VOLT and stuck up for it fiercely. I hope he found gainful employment wherever he might be.

Predicting VOLT going away was nothing worthy of a trophy. Predicting VOLT was going to be a runaway success and be around for a long time is what deserves a trophy. That is some kinda stupid right there.

The award for the dumbest mfers in the world goes to those who swore by The VOLT. It has been a while since I have been here (couldn't be happier btw), so the names escape me. Wasn't there even some poor basturd bought or leased one in here at one point? hehehehehe.
Why would anyone admit to such an idiotic act?

Carry on. I leave you with one more prediction as I leave.
GM WILL GO BANKRUPT AGAIN.! yup you heard it here AGAIN!

As for oil, it is all fixed. Wall Street Casino has the prices all rigged. It is not supply and demand. Haven't you been listening to the moron of the UP in the last 5-6 years? Ask him yourself. He has it all figured out. They now fixed it at $55.00 a barrel.

I was looking for you all over the place after the Kansas City last played. You were nowhere to be found.
You will be pulling for Manning and company during the playoffs, won't you?
C'mon. You could stand to be on the same side with a winner for a change. It'll do you a whole lot of good.

"labor problems are a thing of the past"
Labor problems haven't even started yet! GM stock is PRICED? I didn't realize they were pricing the stock nowadays. I thought the buyers and sellers were setting the price.
At 50% discount, you should sell your home, your cars, max out your credit cards and jump into this stock with both feet. Sounds like a heck of a profit opportunity.

I remember a few others who said pretty much the same in the last few years and even before then with the OLD GM stock. What happened.
I'll tell you what happened. They missed out on the DOW at 18,000 hanging onto some dead horse. You could have thrown darts at the stock pages of Wall Street Journal and have done better last year.

If my memory serves me right GM stock is trading near the IPO, isn't it? That's what I thought.

Our prayers were answered. Anything that further rubs Detroit's face into the ground is fine with me.
    Go Broncos!

Detroit, Kansas, they are all the same.. Bunch of losers. Blaming it on the referees is like blaming GM's failures on Honda and Toyota. Oh wait....That is exactly what they do there in Detroit. Bunch of whiners.
Besides if they had won and ended up going to Super Bowl and won that, what would they do with the trophy?
You know someone would steal it. City that is bankrupt, can't afford to pay the police or keep the street lights on don't need no professional sports team. They need schools and water and electricity.
Weren't they refusing to pay their water bills not long ago? What do they need a football team for.

I never understood why people believe GM would benefit from lower consumer interest rates or cheaper gas prices. It is not like $2.00 a gallon for gas is a GM exclusive. ALL manufacturers have cars that run on gasoline,. GM will not benefit any more than Honda or Hyundai would.

It is like Good Year starts giving free tires to anyone who needs a set and someone in here would tell you how that is good for GM.

That is how that idiot from Michigan was paying for his Florida trips every year. They would go camp in some dingy camp ground in a raggedy old camper. He would collect cans, bottles, and glass jars and sell them. I guess that is enough income if you want to vacation at a KOA camp ground, I think his girlfriend or wife or whatever she is started selling canned goods. They even gave me one. Yuckkk!!

Looking at the current sales one would think GM got kicked out of US as well. Look at the sales, While some people like to complain about what they can and can't do in Japan, they have no explanation for why the sales are cut into half and maybe more right here in North America.
I have an explanation. People got tired of buying junk made by union bums.
