"stock will soon exceed $40 a share"
When is this supposed to happen? I missed out on the last time this didn't happen. I want to make sure I am there with my checkbook in hand this time
So, you can push the button for "thumbs down: but can't answer a simple question on explaining what you just posted.
You don't really know, do you?
You, clueless old basturd! Still as dumb as ever.
Apple did not become the company it is by buying and selling things and technologies that don't work well. They'll pay a premium for ideas that are innovative, serious and leaders in their class. They are not into bargain hunting or dumpster diving.
Not surprised.. What would be surprising is if jeye would apologize for calling me a liar for saying 300,000 when it was slightly below that.
Probably not. It is easier to give you the thumbs down for setting the record straight/
What small minded simpletons do we have here. Unable to articulate their views it is so much easier to click a "thumbs down" and feel like they have made a contribution.
Union people for you. No mind of their own. Just a vote. Let someone else do their talking and thinking for them. Easier that way.
I don't care if they "gimped" one another. What I am worried about is if jeye gave him some of his wisdom and expertise on GM. If that happened , he will not do well and will be broke like jeye.
I don't know how much profit the "New GM" made. Hard to pin them down...They started with approximately $54 Billion of other people's money. So, let's say they have $60 Billion in on hand it will be easy to figure out. $6 Billion. If they have less than $54, that means they are living of the fat and eventually they will once again go broke.
TESLA is a promising new and fresh company. The share holders have all the hope in their future. Something GM share holders do not have on the company THEY have invested in.
We both can't be right. One of us have this figured out all wrong. I'll wait to see who that is.
I have a pretty good track record so far.
They are trying to bail out before it is too late. They KNOW what is coming down. They are not stupid. They are "insiders".
I hope no one interned under him is his successor. It is time to get some fresh blood unless you want more of the same. I don't think anyone out there begging for more Cobalts and Azteks.
All those "profits" you speak off, didn't seem to have helped them to avoid bankruptcy. Did it? TESLA a "trendy company". Sue it is. That is precisely why GM is still struggling. They seem to avoid being trendy and hip and cool. They seem to wallop in being stale and old. To you that is a good thing.
It is not.
I remember you speaking so highly at the time you got into the ATS. GM will never get out of rental fleet business, They have always used it to get rid of excess production. That is what happens if you start believing your own pre-production hype and think you are going to sell 100,000 and the sales disappoint. Rather than adjust production to match the demand, you go right ahead and build 100,000 of anything anyway, and dump the excess unsold inventory to the Rental Companies who are all too eager for free cars to rent. I say :"free" because in 1998 at Budget Rent A Car you could take a Sedan Deville and keep it in rental fleet for 6 months and with all the incentives, rebates etc, end up MAKING $900 Net when you returned the car back to GM to be disposed of at the auctions where they took additional beatings.
Yes, GM paid US $900 to put a Cadillac Sedan Deville into rental for 6 months. Hell of a business model, huh?
PRODUCTION Driven MARKETING, vs, MARKETING driven Production. That is the difference, GM is yet to discover it.
But...but....but,,,,you are forgetting the dividends!
That is important, right? Nothing else matters.. Never mind they paid $35 a share 6 years ago...As long as they get that dividend, all is well.
That's just a start. All this happening with oil prices at historic lows. Just wait until we climb back up too $4.00 for a gallon of gas.
