Issued yesterday - this is the first commercial hydrokinetic license issued by FERC in the US.
I'm not a lawyer but doesn't the concept of "final judgement" refer to the date the appeals are exhausted and the order is either affirmed or overturned? I don't think the judgement interest clock is running against SIGA yet.
Don't we also have a strong possibility of other corporations filing amicus briefs in support of SIGA's SC appeal simply because this is a bad decision that could well impact other firms if it stands? I don't remember hearing about any similar filings in the Chancery Court but it seems to me like the Delaware Supreme Court is a very different venue and more appropriate for this type of wider review of the decision's long term implications. I really can't see any corporation other than PIP hoping this decision isn't overturned.
Wrong again Ryan. He didn't get 5 stars for announcing his "kamikaze mission" - he got 5 stars for explaining his reasoning.
I agree with him. My problem is I'm averaged in at $11.08/share but only with a small percentage of my funds. I'm not worried and am in long term.
"Land of the rising Sun has conquered the brainwashed the message board. "
You post here to pick fights one day, they shamelessly suck up the next. You used to be a thoughtful poster but are posting just to poke sticks at strangers lately. Pathetic.
I never thought I'd put you on ignore but you ARE a punk and I have no choice. Later!
Ryan, let's see if I have this right...
You think PIP has it in the bag regarding the lawsuit and have your SIGA/PIP money invested there.
Yet you really only post on the SIGA board lately.
I think it's time to reboot.
LOL! That's nothing!
Poorfarm, your pumping heros here are MUCH worse...
DC has 1020 posts back to Jan 16 with a total of 5,126 and Zapzoot has 1020 back to Jan 28 with a total o 4,134.
I'm guessing 1020 posts is all Yahoo archives since all their precious wisdom before that time is apparently "lost".
Anyone who doesn't have these two cut and paste bozos on ignore is a glutten for punishment.
On the plus side just think what the stock price might be without their non-stop, repetitive, machine-like pumping!
This used to be an interesting board with some excellent dialog on the pros and cons of ABTG and smart grid in general, but it's a wasteland now.
I doubled my holdings today at $1.79 and am very happy. I'll buy more if it goes lower.
I "discovered" NTWK in early December and bought in on 12/16 at $1.66. Cleaned out my remaining cash and doubled my investment today at $1.79.
It's looking like a Merry Christmas and VERY happy New Year.
When even zapzoot won't give you a "ditto" I think that's a sign that maybe you've jumped the tracks here...
...wait a minute, you ARE Zapzoot aren't you?
Here's a silver lining for you - I think it's a good sign that you're NOT responding to your own posts using THAT ID anyway... shows you're not completely insane.
I see from the photo in the article those are Echelon meters. Anyone know what piece of this deployment Ambient has?
Looks like shareholders will have to wait until Monday morning to open this Christmas present from JJ.
Happy holidays everyone!
Do you have a link or a date for that?
Remember the credo of one of the UberPumpers here - "positive news with links get 5 stars!"
speaking of uberpumpers - zapzoot, I'm going to have to put you on ignore if you don't stop talking to yourself.
Indysurfn has lost his mind and is spending every waking hour here pumping this stock while obsessing there is only one person who disagrees with him.
Here are some of Indysurfn’s many profiles he posts under here:
Your attempt to intimidate and mislead has failed again huh?
You clog this board with mindless reposts of the same delusional crap so onto the ignore list you go along with your buddy "Jonas". Your crap and paranoid postings have overwhelmed what little real content you've posted here in the past. Get help, soon!
I don't either agree or disagree with what you've been posting lately but it seems to me like you're often suffering from irrational exuberance though.
I've been watching Ambient now for several years and haven't felt confident enough in their future to buy any shares yet.
Although there's some upside potential for sure - seems to me like this stock is too diluted to provide the returns folks have been fantasizing about lately. Vicis' large holdings only complicate things exponentially.
If I had money I could afford to lose I'd take a measured chance and buy a few blocks of shares, but wouldn't be a bit surprised to lose it all either.
Hopefully I'm wrong, you folks will all be very rich soon and I'll learn some sort of lesson here. Time will tell - probably fairly soon.
No mention in the article. There IS a speculative mention of Ambient in the reader comments tho so maybe that's what the excitement is all about here. LOL
