Agreed bicster58. It is just as easy to make money off a potentially deceptive company as it is to make money off a company on the up and up. All you need are different tactics. As my father used to say: "Everything in life revolves around how bad the buyer wants to buy and how bad the seller wants to sell". It's just that simple.

DIS is the greatest "smaller check" hedge in my portfolio. When Americans 'pull back' DIsney is the benficiary. Why do you think it is one of the bet DOW performers of the year so far???

What I do not believe is priced in is just how BIG Oz will end up being internationally. Disney spent a great deal of time last year re-filming certain scenes (to improve) the movie. I saw the film myself this weekend and against the 'average' critic reviews I found it exceptional. Oz truely has the capability to be another cult classic like Willy Wonka. James Franco is that good in it. Predictions now are that Oz will cross the $ 1 Billion mark. Movie trending ahead of all expectations in Europe.

HULU settled today - all of this revenue that everyone discounted is going to make for an uncomfortably (for the shorts) low PE.

I think ROVI is severely undervalued. This will be $36 per share by August 1.

It is fairly obviouse that they have plans for their Cash Hoard.
I beleive a sizeable acquisition is in the offing.
