I Am Surprised It Didn't Go Higher Yesterday and Today

How can he rate their vehicle as being so great??? He has to know about the class action lawsuit regarding certain vehicles with electronic throttle control systems.they expierience unintended acceleration.this applies to toyota,lexus or scion vehicles.they have had alot of recalls for different things.i have to wonder about their rating system?????
