Agree, been buying here and there since $2.30. Added heavily today and yesterday at $1.55 and $1.65. News should start to flow in the next few months and new 52-week highs will be here before we know it.
It's priced for a massively dilutive financing. That's all I can think of. Just had a cc 2 weeks ago with plenty of updates. Investors are just losing patience...don't want to wait until later this year for FDA news.
normally when microcap biotech stocks trade like this, financing is coming. My guess is they chose to sell shares in the mid-high $0.30 range. I will not add to my position until the financing situation is resolved...
Want to know why this hardly ever trades and is stuck in the mid-low $0.40s? Because they only have enough cash to operate for a few months and they have given no explanation or plan on how they're going to deal with that problem. I have loads of cash on the sidelines right now and would love to put some into GTHP at these prices. But I'm not because as soon as I do, they'll announce a share offering at $0.35. If they're going to get a loan, they should state this so that people feel comfortable buying again.
On the other hand, another large seller and we're easily sub $0.40.
The problem is that there is no known or expected catalyst until FDA approval, and they need to raise cash badly. Until the cash situation is resolved, people will probably continue to sell.
Agree...all we really need is just 1 buyer with $50k-100k to invest and this will be back at $0.55 in a few minutes.
Very insightful post and I completely agree that Randy's 4 month estimate for label expansion is probably very conservative given how they have been burned in the past by giving overly optimistic guidance. It probably won't matter though, my guess is TP and CRMD settle before label expansion is complete. Depending on the terms of the deal, we could be looking at $7-8/share easily.
Oh no I'm so scared. Read any 10k for a development stage biotech company and you will find almost the same statement.
-no swabbing or any kind
-can be used in countries where PCR is not an option
-detects abnormalities deep in tissue
Someone is just dumping shares. Probably spooked by the PCR test option. Silly.
yahoo finance is pretty useless now and is being replaced by Twitter. I know a few CRMD longs like Steve are already over there...would recommend it to everyone else as well. It's the best source of up to date, reliable, spam-free financial information. just search for $CRMD
So you are looking for a PR that just says " we submitted a response to the FDA?" What good would that do? I think you are expecting too much, companies do not operate like this.
I still have an open order at $0.50. Some large device or equipment maker will eventually gobble up GTHP. Who wouldn't want LuViva in their product portfolio? The clinical data clearly demonstrates it's an improvement on current practices. It's more effective and less invasive. A $100-200M acquisition of GTHP is pocket change for GE. The CEO probably won't even have to approve ;-)
This will get noticed eventually. I want about 200k shares. Have 140k already. Will add the final 60k if they dilute. From here the upside is easily 2-6X and downside is maybe a dime or 20 cents at most?
