Risk of delisting is gone...I don't see anything holding this back now. Any positive news on sales, IP, partnerships, US studies and this is off to the races. There are tons of companies with zero approved products out there with market caps 5X, 10X, even 50X the cap of CRMD. No matter how you look at this, it's undervalued. Even if Neutrolin is only moderately successful, this is a home run. Good luck to all...
every time it drops I say to myself "this has to be the bottom." I've been saying that since $2.40. Apparently we're not there yet. oh well...no use selling now.
They are profitable though and have cash. I agree with royaltyinv, they likely are using the offering to put stock in strong hands to prevent a takeover, or they're looking to buy another company.
I love the model, I would just like to see them live within their means and think about returning some cash to shareholders in the next year or so. They have enough in the pipeline to last decades. They don't need to do new deals.
I would rather see them paying a dividend instead of spending all their money (and money they don't have) on new deals.
I don't understand the equity offering and the jump today. Why would they sell $24M worth of stock?
Maybe there is something going on that we don't understand yet, but a cap of now well over $1B seems rich given their current revenue level. My bet is, barring anything unexpected, earnings at the end of this month brings this back down to earth.
classic run up into the earnings call. Soon it will be time to sell the trading tranche and buy back at $45 in November.
whatever they are doing, they waited too long to start doing it. Perhaps they should hire an administrative person.
I have no doubt they will get the job done eventually, but I'm guessing if we have no news into early next week, we'll see people dumping shares. The market hates uncertainty.
right like maybe they're getting acquired so that's why they don't give a $@(# about delisting. Either that or they're just irresponsible!
haha...looks like you bought susnsetsdreams shares. Pretty sad when most of the daily volume is coming from 2 guys on yahoo finance selling to each other.
Delisting is not going to happen instantaneously. The deadline is Sunday and they likely could appeal or do something to buy a little time if necessary.
No, filed 10/7/2013. Total offering amount $24,916,307, done with Roth, Stifel, Nicolaus, and Guggenheim. I'm not making this up! It's on the company website under SEC Filings
I'm guessing we will have news soon that goes beyond just another financing. If it were just another financing I would guess the stock would be flat to down.
