Several states & municipalities and special districts. I would only buy the highest quality munis--don't reach for yield, in munis or high yields.
Marenkov, you have the opposite opinion to Dr. Alan Greenspan, who just now said on CNBC interview that bonds are in a huge "bubble" and "rates are lower than they have been in generations, even millenia".
Greenspan--"rates are below where they have ever been for generations, even millenia. Liquidity can disappear in minutes, since human psychology is so volatile". Mr. G also said a lot of the bond buying is robot algos, and that can reverse to a sell in seconds. Sold TLT on Dr. Greenspans comments.
My guess is Chines selling of USTs masked by some domestic buying. Less tha a $1 gain is not good.
Not betting the farm, but I agree with some here that BTU looks interesting. It is a fact that coal accounts for almost half of power production and this will continue for many years.
Uncanny how it works---I sell & it rallies bigtime--"Costolo quits".
Doubt it gets back above $130. Also doubt it sinks anytime soon below $115. play the swings between $115 & $125 is the call.
TLT up $2+.
"I think its moving up very very soon"--I guarantee it, since I just sold my shares. My timing s*cks.
I did it--just sold all my Twitter. Huge rally starts any hour---my timing is terrible!
Thinking of selling out today. take that as a strong buy signal.
All the board needs to do is say they realize shareholders are very unhappy and will take meaningful steps to increase shareholder value.
I guess neutral would be no vote at all.
I wouldn't go that far, but I think the board must do more to get the stock price up. Shareholders are very disgruntled.
Let the shareholders vote.
