Since it's down today you can bet he shorted at 5.40 then covered at 5.20. Amazing he hit the high and the low of the day to the penny.

Not sure but probably has something to do with the Myan calendar, Bigfoot, crop circles, and UFO's.

What was the commission on your $50 trade? As far as everybody doing it, Don't see many claims of non-destructive IPQA. Yes, everybody wants to do it, kind of like everybody wants to win the lottery.

" During that time, she developed and executed acquisition strategies in the Neuromodulation and Electrophysiology markets, managed and built technology and venture capital business relationships "

We could use some venture cap if it doesn't give away the farm.

I know the slow site/rev growth is the problem, why is the thing that I don't understand. What's missing? I wish I would have shaved like you did, added COP and BP after getting killed but not as much as I wanted because of cash tied up here. Do you have a reentry point price or time wise or r u done with MRIC.

I like playing small co's and I'm in and out on a regular basis. Most biotech bounce between financings and you build a nice amount of trading shares then decide if u want to let all the shares ride or just the freebies when it's decision time, With MRIC I've only traded a few and have added on the way down mostly. I would have played the 8-10% bounces more but the volume is usually so pathetic it makes those trades difficult. I know I've asked in the past but, What am I missing here?

What is the current status of ClearTrace?

I'm not sure how I'll word this one yet. As is known and mentioned by the company there is a relatively small group of Neurosurgeons that perform our targeted procedures. Now with the emergence of ClearPoint there should in theory be a new group of surgeons that could perform the now much easier procedures. Now hold on, I know this is for down the line, I guess my Q would be has the company talked to any docs about this? Has the company surveyed any Docs ABOUT THIS? Has there been any Docs that fall into this category? Will the company try to promote this in any way?

What if any marketing is going on in the EU? (reason no growth)

Do you anticipate any problems with 2015 insurance coverage changes.

Financing? They could only give a super generic response to that I'm sure.

I you guys and gals have any others fell free to add them to the list.

If we make a quick run to 1.35 I'll flip it and re-enter later. I still love the story but, I have a lot tied up here and missed adding to positions in other stock that were "on sale". Aside from a buyout or Siemens partnership I don't see why any 30-40% move would hold. I wouldn't say no to a 2.50 buyout.

dr, its funny you should mention Siemens, I also asked DC if they had ever thought of offering a free ClearPoint placement to Siemens when they sell a scanner to hospitals and surgical centers that perform a moderate amount of neuro procedures. "BUY scanner get CLEARPOINT FREE!" I personally hadn't thought of an outrightsale of ClearTrace but at this point we need to raise money so you may be on to something. I still hold out hope that it will be a partnership rather than a sale, though I understand that any deal with an 800LB gorilla would mean that they would be in charge of that arrangement.

I emailed Dave Carlson at MRIC about no mention of ClearTrace progress on the 20th and to this point, no reply.

I thought no clearTrace mention was strange as well. I'll flip them an email next week and ask about its status. I like your thinking with his friends mate owing him a "solid". Lol. He said all the right things but the lack of site growth to this point is disturbing. The lack of questions goes along with the lack of volume and no investor interest on the plus side, no analyst or investor interest can allow you to get in on the ground floor on the cheap. I just got in to early and have to wait a while longer.

I like that there are two sites signed up, I assume in the next Q. I would like to see 4-5 sites installed overall for the Q. I love the case observation sites, Neurosurgeons will not waste time at something like that if they are not truly interested, so these docs should have a greater % chance of purchasing ClearPoint than a random neuro doc. FG wants to increase utilization at current sites. I hope he puts a lot of effort into that since we won't have the expense of the CP placement (assuming not purchased) and less MRIC assistance since the staff is already trained. "Finally, the field of MRI-guided therapies is now garnering the support and attention of major medical device companies." It would be nice if they could get some marketing support from some of these device co's, hell, give them a free install with purchase of scanner. He said the right things but the utter lack of any investor interest is bothersome, 500 dollars and you can move the price 10%. Uplist would help but we aren't close to the requirement at this time.
