The x dividend date is NOT the dividend pay date (sometime mid April I believe)

I feel your pain. I too have owned this stock as a royal trust. I took a tax loss last year to wipe the slate
clean, and now have the same number of shares at a much much lower cost basis. Best of luck to you!

    4th quarter priced in

If premarket is any indicator, the shorts should have a field day knocking this down. The only question, how
low can they take it before any buyers step up to the plate? I don't feel that this was all priced in. The
volume and closing price will set the tone for the first half...imho

    The Polar Vortex Returns

Actually, global warming and climate change are equivalent. And the argument that these are cyclical trends is correct. What is happening however "seemingly" is that the cyclicality is giving way to more profound
changes in the weather, that cannot be properly modeled due to the short time spans involved.
By the time it will be possible to scientifically prove the effects of greenhouse gases, and holes in the
ozone layer, it will be too late to reverse the damage already done. IMHO, there is sufficient evidence
albeit short of final proof, to cause us to modify our collective behavior before it cannot be dealt with.

  • For those of us that still find a place for technical analysis and charting, PWE has an RSI closing in on 80.
This has previously led to a downturn in the stock. This may not always be the case, but the fact that this
runup is on light volume, and is approaching options expiration, at least a pullback would not be out
    of the question.
I always look for the elusive double bottom before I can think to add more shares. I added some in the
low 7's, and resisted chasing the stock on this runup.
My long term view is positive, and am buying on any weakness.

Where is the volume? Not many sellers or buyers here...which means what?
I think I really hate this stock.

Options putting downward pressure on stock price. This is a reversal from the few days the stock had
the runup through $8. Pure and simple manipulation until the fundamentals improve and/or the management
comes out with credible forecasts. Looks like dead money for quite some time unless your a trader...imho

Who the hell knows with this weird ass stock.
Could be anything...short covering, options related, profit taking...one thing, it's NOT going down as fast
as it went up. Does it mean anything? Your guess is as good as mine.
I think earnings date will be interesting, perhaps that is scaring away alot of holders who want to
cash in on the run up.
I think there will be another opportunity to buy in the low 7's for those so inclined.
As to myself, I'm a long term holder, and may just nibble again hoping for a retest of the lows,
always looking for that elusive double bottom.
OR...I may wake up to the possibility that I might just be throwing good money after bad. Take your pick.

  • Any insights into the 2% pop today. Could be anything from an oversold bounce, short covering, or
    accumulation at these low prices.
    Ideas anyone?

    Insider Buys

That 700 mshare insider purchase is hardly comforting. These guys should be buying in lots of 10,000
shares if they really had faith in the company. I own more than 700 shares, and I don't make nearly
what Potter makes. What a joke!

Management has lost all credibility, and next stop is more than a sale of non performing assets. I'd look
for a low ball offer to take over the company under $10/shr. Even that would be a tough sell with the debt
load this underperforming asset has taken on. Any bump in the price, and I'm out.

jrad52: "thought" I saw was more accurate, more likely wishful thinking. Fundamentally, this stock has
no business to be at sub 20 RSI for much longer. Fortunately, if I decide to take a loss at these prices,
it's not much, and I will not make the mistake of doubling down, tempting as it may be.

You've got a dark side of you that you should reflect upon. My post at best was meant to share information
for those who follow technicals. How do you get that as spam? Perhaps you need to do some inner searching
to flush out the bogey men running free in your mind. My post was meant to be informative and present a personal opinion, not meant to gather a follwoing, nor solicit followers in the event my call was prescient.
As it turns out, in early trading, I was dead wrong. That which I took to be very oversold, is now in the
process of becoming more oversold.Live and learn.
I am perfectly clear on my intentions, and willing to admit my bad calls, can you say the same???
I really think you need help. After all, it's only money, and it cannot buy you happiness or peace of mind.
A sad fact of life that seems to escape the tone of your messages.

  • VERY oversold. RSI below 20, MACD below -1 and shows signs of a turn.
This is a BUY at current prices, at least for a short term trade. Medium term, fundamentals cloudy.
