Good analysis of today's short squeeze. There are enough shorts in this stock to keep it going right back over $2.

  • marsavian marsavian Jun 19, 2015 2:26 PM Flag

His silence is due to his innate indifferent stupidity. He thinks directly confronting libelous defamatory articles is beneath him. He thinks defending the stock price is beneath him. He must think he's a great scientific guru who does not need to concern himself with such earthly matters. Idiots like that need to resign and let someone competent take over to defend the millions of dollars that have been invested in this company which directly pay everyone's wages including this idiot CEO.

Where is Babcock's legal response ? Without a good reputation a company and its stock price is nothing and that sewer-rag dragged this company's reputation thru the mud and he's done absolutely nothing to directly counter the lies. Leonitus's anger is perfectly justified, it is a CEO's primary duty to defend a company's good name and stock price and Babcock's failing miserably at his only main job. WTH does he think he is, a CEO of a profitable multi-billion company who is so busy counting profits that he does not need to concern himself with such articles ? Pompous old sanctimonious delusional foo !.

The Street's article was a direct assault on this company and he needs to respond with a hundred million dollar lawsuit all the way to its successful completion otherwise these manipulators will NEVER leave this stock alone if the company does not defend itself against such brazen lies. All these frivolous lawsuits would then be re-directed against The Street where they deserve to be. It's time for Babcock to drop his delusions of grandeur about what he thinks his role is and actually do the actual job he should be doing which is vigorously defending the reputation of the small-cap stock he actually runs. This company has the cash and time to run a lawsuit against the Street to its successful completion, time to do it.

The CEO has to publicly defend the company and stock otherwise it will just continue. He is showing extreme cowardly weakness and should be immediately sacked for abrogation of duty.

  • marsavian marsavian Jun 17, 2015 2:08 PM Flag

The case is completely winnable as AF clearly lied as he said Cs-131 was not endorsed when it clearly was. Open and shut case, CNBC will eventually deposit $100+m to ISR's bank and then fire that weasel AF's #$%$.

Time For Babcock To Drain The Swamp

"Time for the CEO to stand up and act like a CEO. The Street needs to be sued. Damages or not, he needs to tie them up in court or with legal fees at the least."

    THIS !!!

The CEO needs to restore the reputation of this company in the eyes of the investor public. Silence is being implicitly taken as guilt or weakness or both. The CEO's prime responsibility is shareholder value and he has seen it halved on basically a tissue of lies and done nothing of substance in reply. If he is not man enough for this difficult job, step aside for someone who he is !

  • marsavian marsavian Jun 17, 2015 11:22 AM Flag

Babcock needs sacking as a $100-200m libel/defamation suit should already have been filed against AF/Street/CNBC for market cap loss. He clearly can't do the CEO job here which is primarily to maintain/increase shareholder value which AF clearly destroyed thru his lying article. Anyone can re-read PRs out to a soft interviewer which was his only pathetic feeble response.

MMs have a duty to match trades of equal size so smaller Bids at the same price as yours are more likely to be fully matched and therefore filled. You may be forced to take bites of Asks that are just above your current large Bid if this continues.

    IsoRay Has Responded

marsavian marsavian Jun 9, 2015 5:47 PM Flag

ISR only picked up on the most obvious lie but there are two others in that article as I detailed earlier ...

    1. 'In their conclusion, the study authors do not endorse IsoRay's Cesium-131 or call the results "outstanding."'

LIE. Here is what they said ' For high risk WRs, we favor use of Cesium-131 brachytherapy'

    2. "The study authors note there were no differences in local control rates between the groups of lung cancer patients."

LIE. here is what they said ' Local control (LC) was achieved in 92.2% for WR group vs. 96.2% for WR+Cs-131 and 95.5% for SBRT (p = 0.60).'

    3. "The study does not conclude that treatment with Cesium-131 leads to longer survival."

LIE. 100% survival rate means no-one has died meaning that obviously survival is longer with Cs-131 as the other methods experienced deaths !

' Five-year overall survival was 100% in the WR+B group, 97.7% in the WR group, and 89.6% in the SBRT group (p = 0.02). '

I JUST SPOKE TO DWIGHT BABCOCK

Good. I suspect there will no alternative except to vigorously go on the attack and pursue a $100m+ defamation/libel suit against AF/Street/CNBC with the following end results. One, the Street is as guilty as sin and will eventually publicly apologize and settle with extensive damages. Two, it will scare all these leech lawyer firms away. The company has to defend its reputation otherwise these leeches/manipulators just won't give up. The original PR that ISR issued was 100% completely factual unlike that piece of lying journalistic trash that idiot AF penned in unsolicited reply.

MMS can detect parts per trillion while existing IMS ETDs detect parts per billion. This is why IMSC plan to have a quadrupole-MS as a back-end in its future generation ETDs. The point is though this company has not bothered to adjust its MMS technology to any known ETD standard leaving opportunities there to others. It is just a paper theoretical advantage without actually bothering to build a purpose-built detector that passes clarification.

No certification, no TSA contract. Also not one hint of TSA certification from the company, they would need swabmate developed rather than just proposed as TSA certification requires swabs.

  • Their drugs clearly work for both cancer and BPH and it is just a matter of time before this is proven beyond doubt and their drugs get approved for use. Eventual stock price target, $10.

The CEO Babcock needs immediate sacking and replacing, he does not have the intelligence, courage or sense to defend this company's share price which should be his PRIMARY job !

  • marsavian marsavian Jun 4, 2015 2:28 PM Flag

A company $100m defamation lawsuit PR against AF would immediately rectify a lot of the share price damage caused by that article as it would show that this company is not prepared to be bullied by cowardly spineless bullies who will keep on doing it in the future if you let them. You confront bullies head-on and punch them hard on the nose first (actually done this in real life and it really works lol), not run away and hide behind your mom's skirt saying I don't reply to 'bloggers' as if AF/The Street was some inconsequential blog beneath this silly arrogant CEO's attention !! This company needs to show some teeth for its shareholders and show it is not prepared to be manipulated by dubious lying articles. Otherwise it will never hold any share gains if AF and his short buddies know they can manipulate the stock with impunity in the future because the CEO here has no balls to stand up to him.

  • marsavian marsavian Jun 4, 2015 1:49 PM Flag

'he was already aware of the street article and he said he doesn't respond to bloggers and that the peer review info speaks for itself. Babcock hasn't responded to my phone calls but did to my mom yesterday and he stated he is very disappointed with how the stock has declined. he has posted his facts on Facebook. he can only do what they do and that is work. they're not in control of the the price of the shares. '

BS cowardly excuses. If someone publicly defames your company's reputation you sue them and he is overtly failing in his fiduciary duties to all the shareholders who are now underwater ! That AF article contained several lies so it is a no-lose case and the Street would settle long before trial with a public apology and monetary damages. So what are the lies in the article ?

Armed with these three clear lies the damages case is un-losable and it is clear what the damage amount of the lawsuit should be, ~$100m which is the clear loss in reputation/market cap this disgusting article caused. It is also clear what Babock must do now, first grow a pair, stop hiding/excusing and then file a $100m defamation lawsuit against AF and The Street/CNBC

Cars are a very price sensitive industry, every dollar saved helps the bottom line. Also the partnership is a new future revenue source, money comes when the sales do.
