    short list: imsc

target price 0.08 as DMRJ have 39.8 million 8c options and will help you. Shorting imsc is good to your portfolio.

I probably won't as I have no real interest in this company/stock. Was only passing some hopeful signs that I saw in the 10-Q to the joint ASTC/IMSC shareholders. Anyway I can see that you and others are more than keeping the pumpers here honest and actually I wish IMSC shareholders well as they deserve much better for the patience they have shown in believing the tales told by their company over the years.

Spoken like a good mafia don of the boiler room pumpers here ;-).

I am not the one making a fool of himself Mr 'We are the Champions'. How did that song work out for you post cargo approval, from 1.84 to 0.97 ? I tell it like it is on every stock I comment on and invariably I am proved right in time.

  • marsavian marsavian May 19, 2014 5:32 PM Flag

'It is highly desirable' is *not* 'it is essential'.

  • marsavian marsavian May 19, 2014 5:28 PM Flag

'Actually we had better sales than you had in the last 2 quarters.'

and still managed to lose much more money.

'When shareholders realize this your PPS isn't going to hold for long,It,s actually way down from the $4 it was and with the direction your earnings are going it May never hit that anytime soon. '

It will be $4 again within a year. 2nd and 4th quarters coming up are going to be profitable.

'We could care less about your loser ASTC .'

LOL, the stock that has resoundingly outperformed this one in any meaningful metric in the times we have been discussing both. IMSC has gone for being over double ASTC to be well under half it in the last few years. Great job Glenn.

'Funny how interested you are in IMSC.'

I care for the ASTC guys who got led astray here.

  • marsavian marsavian May 19, 2014 5:07 PM Flag

'The Gold Standard means something when the buyer with all the gold states that. '

They did not state that, IMSC did.

  • marsavian marsavian May 19, 2014 5:05 PM Flag

What I have basically told you from the beginning is that your product is a dual-IMS product just like the existing ones from Smiths and Morpho that have been around for a decade and that it will give you no overwhelming competitive advantage in the marketplace and I have been proved right. There is nothing to envy about a company that does a me-too product 10 years after the marketplace for that product has already been satisfied. Again this so called envy has only ever existed in your imagination because you have created your own little fantasy world for how great this company's products are that bear no relation to the real world. ASTC's product is a MMS which is next-gen and above anything this company has released and if they ever decide to make a dedicated ETD out of it it would disrupt the ETD market unlike your product.

  • marsavian marsavian May 19, 2014 4:56 PM Flag

your post got truncated I think.

  • marsavian marsavian May 19, 2014 4:43 PM Flag

I am still doing DD on this company because I know there are ASTC shareholders who are also shareholders here and I keep looking to find some glimmers of hope for them.

  • marsavian marsavian May 19, 2014 4:36 PM Flag

' My guess is he is getting ready to divest from Astrotech and put it all in IMSC.'

Not a chance but I can see a scenario where if you guys get over 97c it could be in a 1.00-1.50 range if you ever get any serious orders. This stock just has too much stored up dilution to go further than that but that's still a healthy potential gain from here. This company has just used up too much money getting to this point regardless of how great you think their products are. It would take years of profitable runrates to burn through all the dilution but if you are prepared to wait for that not guaranteed scenario ...

ASTC OTOH continues to fly high and there are profitable quarters coming up in the next year which should kick it higher still. It sneezed today and went up 6% on low volume which shows how little selling pressure it has.

  • marsavian marsavian May 19, 2014 4:23 PM Flag

You completely missed the whole points of my post but as you have missed just about everything else fundamental about this company that does not surprise me. Like I told you years ago when the stock hit 1.84 there was nothing envious about this company and stock with its absolutely horrendous debt structure/expense run rate/poor future backlog and I have been proved right with a halving of the stock price since then. This stock will never hit that price again, there is just too much stored up dilution just waiting to rain down on you guys on any volume pops. Today also proved that both the 50 and 200 MA are still resistance at 97c.

Finally this QPL envy has only ever existed in your feverish imagination because I doubt even then there will be a wholesale change out of existing TSA products as your product offers no real technical performance advantage over the existing dual-IMS products. You might get an IDIQ but the actual quantities ordered off you I suspect will be drip drip when only existing parts need replacing. Now having introduced some reality to you I leave you to return to your fantasy world where this is a stock with great future prospects ...

The other reason the stock languished was that there were selling institutions in the stock like SMH/Edelman and Bard. These two have completely left the building removing a source of selling pressure.

    nytimesDOTcom/2014/05/19/opinion/tymoshenko-a-vote-for-ukrainian-freedom.html?_r=0

by Yulia V. Tymoshenko, a former prime minister, is a candidate in this month’s presidential election in Ukraine.

KIEV, Ukraine — Holding an election amid threats of invasion and sabotage by fifth-column separatists is the most severe test a democracy can endure. But as President Abraham Lincoln said, facing re-election in 1864 while America’s Civil War still raged, “We cannot have free government without elections; and if the rebellion could force us to forgo, or postpone, a national election, it might fairly claim to have already conquered and ruined us.”

Like Lincoln, we Ukrainians are resolved to go to the polls to choose a new president, in defiance of every threat. We will not grant victory to those who would discredit and dismember our country by allowing the May 25 vote to be canceled. Our election must go ahead if only to prove that the 100 and more men and women who died for our liberty in the protests around Maidan, Kiev’s Independence Square, did not die in vain.

We will brave every obstacle to vote, for we are determined to confound President Vladimir V. Putin’s efforts to transform our democratic country into a Russian vassal state.

No one should doubt that Mr. Putin’s primary aim is to hollow out our democracy. But Americans, and free people everywhere, must not be deceived by Russia’s aggression, or by Mr. Putin’s current peace offensive.

The separatist cause fomented by Russia would never win on its merits in any free and fair vote of Ukrainians, as a recent Pew Research Center poll has confirmed. Russia’s separatist mafia can win only sham elections of the type that Mr. Putin has imposed on Russia since he came to power 14 years ago, and which he recently forced upon our fellow citizens, now hostages, in Crimea ....

    euromaidanprDOTcom/2014/05/18/how-much-propaganda-can-you-get-into-15-minutes-of-news/#more-9394

How much propaganda in 15min of news:

The main “news stories” on Russia’s “First Channel” tonight:

Germany is a nation occupied by the United States of America. Germany cannot even promote someone to colonel without American approval.
The United States has spent $5billion for the putsch in Ukraine.
The goal of the United States is to force Ukraine into NATO and install a missile defense system in Ukraine.
America dreams about destroying Russia with a nuclear first strike, but to do so America needs a missile defense system in Ukraine.
Most importantly for America are the areas along the Ukrainian-Russian border, but the people there are against the USA. Therefore the Ukrainian Army is currently exterminating these people with American consent.

The problem: People who listen to such lies every day at one point start to believe some or all of it ...
