This poster is very insistent that "STI has no ownership rights at all.", which includes "the RCE part".

I make no judgement about this claim, but believe it should be considered.

    "And here's yet another:
I'm not sure why you think their patents are worth billions, since most of them have nothing to do with HTS wire. STI keeps touting their proprietary processes for the wire manufacture. In addition, since two of the 3 processes used in the planned production line were developed by Government Labsd, STI has no ownership rights at all. Furthermore, according to the latest PR, even the part of the process that uses STI p ropietary info, includes the RCE part which apparently was also a LANL contribution. Thus STI can't sell or lease any of the Governments IP.

This poster brings up an interesting consideration, " RCE part which apparently was also a LANL contribution. Thus STI can't sell or lease any of the Governments IP."

I make no claim this posters consideration, but believe it should be evaluated.

Notice how the boiler room scamsters post anything but news about SCON.

Not a peep about the upcoming and forever recurring need for STI to raise cash by dilutions.

06/22/2015 PR: "We plan to utilize the production machine to fulfill existing orders and we expect to continue to increase the lengths of high-performance Conductus wire being shipped in the coming weeks."

Note the word "plan". A Safe Harbor word, how a future objective is to be achieved.

The Boiler Room Copulating Robots Scamster once again lies and thinks just because he repeats a lie often enough it will be believed.

Do you wonder why the Boiler Room Copulating Robots Scamster always makes accusations then can't back them up? Because it knows it is lying!

For someone who claims "in fact I don't complain about anything here", sure does a lot of whining!

The Boiler Room Copulating Robots Scamster enjoys "watching you [See original post for the profanity] continue to lose money. You being SCON investors.

As the Boiler Room Copulating Robots Scamster noticed that "SCON management fails to deliver on their promises", continues to this day. Wonder why it starts foaming at the mouth when someone else makes this same observation? Has this poster become a SCON-ITE, one of r2d2_n_c3po's favorite terms.

2013 Nov JQ, "During the third quarter we raised the necessary capital to execute on our business plan, which is to exit the second quarter of 2014 with the production capacity necessary to achieve positive cash flow from operations in the second half of 2014." Source: 2013Q3 SA cc transcripts

We all know STI failed to exit the second quarter of 2014 positive cash flow from operations, as it also failed to exit the second quarter of 2015 positive cash flow from operations.

STI will need to raise cash in the third quarter of 2015. They have a Registered Shelf that they used in March 2015 and will use again in September 2015. The question remains how bad will the dilution be.

I don't think a stage-2 qualification on the cable demo wire will help much, but if a stage-2 qualification on the SFCL is achieved and if the 1km RCE can produce some wire with meaningful lengths and performance, then these will mitigate the damage. We can only guess at these possibilities, but it is certain that STI will need to raise cash shortly before or after the 4th Q, with it likely happening shortly before.

Speaking of squirming with anxiety, calrenwick may have some concerns those "kilometer-length 2G HTS wire" he was expecting in 2012 still haven't arrived, but maybe not, as it is aware, paid shills can't cash chips.

[Offshore Wind Power by calrenwick • Jan 16, 2011 1:52 PM

SCON will be making kilometer-length 2G HTS wire for wind turbines in 2012. Major players are lining up. Advance wire orders expected. With such a HUGE demand and SCON's limited production capacity projected, they'll either want to scale up (which, according to JQ, isn't that capital intensive), or they'll get bought or form JV, IMO. $20/share within a year!]

As the Boiler Room Copulating Robots Scamster admits, "yes they can lie during a CC or in a PR as long as they use one of the magic phrases" (safe harbor protection). Yet now wants one to take a Safe Harbor protected PR as the truth.

This Boiler Room Scamster is THE LYING TROLL, who admits it uses multiple aliases to promote its Boiler Room Scams. This is a sign of a psychopath, it believes it is so smart and you are to stupid to realize it's a psychopath.

the big caveat (safe harbor protection): ...."we believe"...

It doesn't matter if they do or not...as long as they make that statement they can say whatever they want...that's reality folks....

And Warren...yes they can lie during a CC or in a PR as long as they use one of the magic phrases......remember it was big business that got safe harbor laws enacted...it keeps them from going to jail....it doesn't protect the shareholder or the consumer...you are really stupid if yo believe otherwise.]

The Boiler Room Scamster (r2d2_n_c3po) has known since 2006 that the HTS filters business was dead. In 2006 STI wasn't in the HTS wire for power applications business and still isn't.

Warren Buffet in 1999, “Our problem -- which we can't solve by studying up -- is that we have no insights into which participants in the tech field possess a truly durable competitive advantage. Our lack of tech insights, we should add, does not distress us. After all, there are a great many business areas in which Charlie and I have no special capital-allocation expertise. If we have a strength, it is in recognizing when we are operating well within our circle of competence and when we are approaching the perimeter. Predicting the long-term economics of companies that operate in fast-changing industries is simply far beyond our perimeter.”

Once again proving scumroller is the board's idiot.
