You notice when THE LYING TROLL is lying the most is when its rants get longer and longer, the Pinocchio symptom.

Anyway to keep it short it points out "evaluation", as in STI doesn't have a clue as to why the finishing layer is a bust, thus the wire becomes floor scraps.

The cable demo project order is over 2-years over due. When the order was made the finishing layer, i.e. Stabilization layer was stated, even STI's order form list it as a requirement for ordering.

What THE LYING TROLL also points out by accident is this pilot production RCE-CDR, the one that's meant to prove out the commercial production RCE-CDR is producing only about 20% of its designed capacity. Something which should give one pause as to real production capacity of the commercial production RCE-CDR stated at 750km p/y.

JQ speaking about the finishing layer, wonder how much it's going to cost to fix. The $3.2m quarterly burn rate is maybe conservative, as STI is willing to throw money at the problem to get full qualification.

2014Q2 SA transcript, JQ: So, that’s why I think I go to the it’s an if -- it’s a when, not if. But we just believe -- we haven't done yet and that's we haven't completed and got 100% trust market. Until we do, you are not going to have full qualification.

The companies (names not disclosed by STI testing the wire don't issue PR when they decide not to enter a stage-3 agreement.

Having a non-disclosure agreement is a standard practice.

This paid pumper needs a new clock, but Quiram is consistent that customers will order wire after a 90-day evaluation every quarter.

I think Quiram is running out of new potential customers as the past potential customers continue to not qualify the wire.

Demonstration project with Nexans still on track for year end.
Scon projected it would normally take cable builder some 90 days to use scons wire in an usable cable.

    So we shall see.

Tick Tock whilst the 1.6mln shorts drive price down with block sales at end of the days on current low volume days. You cant cover without volume or without people's anxiety over price so they will sell after prices rebound from artificial sales.

"11mln equipment invetmnet for 70mln revenue potential..." ( thats some nice scaling ability)

most of the stock that has been obtained by these
guys through conversion has been conversion of debt
(convertible notes). Only a very small amount has been as a
result of warrants. I will have the figures later
tonight when I update my spread sheets. The only
restriction on the conversion (read the SEC filings) are on
Alexander Finance which has to give 60 days notice prior to
converting since they exceeded the 9.9% conversion. A
similar clause in the Elliot/Westgate/Martley is
inoperative since they are represented on the Board of
Directors by Messiers Bronsky and Perlman. So by rights,
Elliot/Westgate/Martley could convert all of their debt (plus interest)to
    stock at the rate of 4 shares/$1.00 ($0.25/Share). I
believe they would be crazy to do it because it would
kill the price of the stock because of the tremendous
increase in the quantity of shares on the market and would
thus be self defeating. IMHO they will continue to
convert as they have done. This situation has howver kept
out the big institutional investors who understand
    the potential dilutory threat

Here's a way to cut expenses & raise capital, instead of Quiram commuting from his home in Minnesota to Santa Barbara & Austin, which STI picks up the tab for lodging, car rental, airfare, etc., have him stay in Minnesota to be near Koop in order to raise funds in exchange for services rendered.

The "Investor Relations Professional", i.e., paid pumpers of this board can give Quiram advice on some of the finer points of prostitution, in fact madam r2d2 is a well known expert in this field.

Dilution can be made at a drop of a hat, thus THE LYING TROLL, "now that the original shelf offering has expired, it would require shareholder approval for a new one.", proves once again that THE LYING TROLL lies.

    "Authorized Capitalization

We have 252,000,000 shares of capital stock authorized under our certificate of incorporation, consisting of 250,000,000 shares of common stock and 2,000,000 shares of preferred stock, of which 706,829 have been designated as Series A Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share, or Series A Preferred Stock. As of April 22, 2014, we had 13,119,348 shares of common stock and 328,925 shares of Series A Preferred Stock outstanding. Our authorized shares of common stock and preferred stock are available for issuance without further action by our stockholders, unless such action is required by applicable law or the rules of any stock exchange or automated quotation system on which our securities may be listed or traded. If the approval of our stockholders is not so required, our board of directors may determine not to seek stockholder approval."

JQ supports my belief that the stated production capacity of 4km/py on the 100m pilot production RCE-CDR is overstated as they are shipping around 800m p/y

2013Q4 SA transcript, JQ: "by the fourth quarter we were shipping hundreds of meters of wire to multiple customers." ... "We are shipping all the wire that we can produce still at this time. "

25K of what? bulldung? THE LYING TROLL has the capability to produce it by the ton and does, each time it posts versus STI's stated capabilities which it can't produce.

THE LYING TROLL attempting to make bets on an anonymous message board, what a complete idiot.

Why doesn't THE LYING TROLL buy those outstanding warrants to provide STI more cash to burn, but "Investor Relations Professional", i.e., paid pumpers can't cash chips.

STI does have the option of issuing convertible debt (death spiral) as it worked great with ISCO's holders of the debt, but not so well with the holders of stock.

"...And the biggest joke of all is your bet... "1M cash". Now would that "1M" be in rubles ($1 = 35+ rubles)??? Naaaaaw! More likely it is in Ugandan Shillings ($1=2551 Shillings). That would mean a bet of about $392 which is probably more than his weekly pay. This guy is no different than jb0thoo7 and his phony bets. Whenever you try to pin them down with realistic conditions on any wager they run away and hide. ..."

STI has about a $3.2m quarterly burn rate, so by the end of Jan., no cash. STI has the optimistic projection of producing commercial HTS wire early 2015.

We all know that STI is always over optimistic, like it was over optimistic that commercial production would start late 2012.

Per JQ, there are companies testing STI wire, which JQ states it takes between 30-90 days then if qualified takes another month or two to negotiate a deal.

STI has been shipping wire for these evaluations for over 15-months, yet no deals.

A logical conclusion is the wire shipped for qualification has not qualified.

Just like that wire for the cable demo project that was on track by EOY 2012 and is on that same track to nowhere in 2014.

i expect the wire to be delivered before end of this month, might allready have happened, since scon commented it would take some 90 days for cable company to use the wire for a cable and scon commented demonstration project still on track for end of year 2012.

As you have learned, relying on future events given by STI cc will lead to disappointments as exemplified by the long sorry story of the wire for the cable demo project.

See PLUG move half a year ago. They announced couple of new orders and the stock went up 20 fold.
Something similar might happen here if they announce significant orders and sell out their 2015 production capacity.
The 1 km machine should be operational by the end of June (as per their cc). Also the CEO mentioned he was surprised they hadn't received orders at that time. Which means the orders should follow very soon if the new machine is in good shape.

The revenue provided by the samples is "not meaningful", as in zero dollars.

One gets demand if one is giving something away, at least at the beginning, till the cost of disposal of these samples becomes meaningful.

STI has over 8.5m warrants that will have their exercise price adjusted the next round of dilution in early 2015.

2014Q2-10Q: "The warrants contain a provision whereby the warrant exercise price would be decreased in the event that future common stock issuances are made at a price less than the then exercise price. Due to the potential variability of their exercise price..."

STI has been sending samples out for over two years, why has not one customer with the exception of the cable demo project not qualified the wire?

STI is still trying to deliver the wire for the cable demonstration project, yet is still failing after 2-years of trying.

If someone says that, it means that they don't know when something will happen. It will happen soon. They know it will happen, but they don't know if it will be tomorrow, next week or next month. Usually, it's very soon - not next month or a year from now."
