It doesn't appear anybody is making money on HTS wire sells, not AMSC, Superpower, especially not SCON.

    Per last Q:
Conductus wire revenues in first nine months of 2015 were $41,000 ($13,667/Q). "Shipping and handling fees billed to customers are included in net commercial product revenues."

Cost of revenues in first nine months of 2015 were $2,238,000 ($746,000/Q).

Even though STI finally admitted its production system needed fixing and hasn't announced further shipping for qualification testing since Dec. it's operating losses may still have increased.

skumroller was caught making a post like calrenwicks (i.e.addressed to sconroller) but he forgot to switch his alias and ended up talking to himself.

No matter which alias he uses his style is the same....absolutely no substance to the posts....all empty headed armwaviing!

[Why No New Warrants Exercised Lately? by captechinvestors • Jan 17, 2015 12:02 PM

With reserves getting low, I would have expected another cash raise by now - especially based on past experience. We've heard Jeff, himself, make reference to continued negotiations. I wonder if STI is negotiating a business relationship which will involve additional cash. If so, the current low reserves suggests an announcement will be made soon."]

Warrants were exercised in Feb 2015, after exercise price was reduced from $2.57 to $2.00, now exercise price is $0.35. Then there was the direct offering in Mar @$1.6325, then in Oct., another public offering @0.35.

Still no contracts, as there are no commercial qualifications and still no announcement that STI has resumed shipments for qualification testing after admitting production system was at fault for all the previous failures.

STI has until Mid-April to convince NASDAQ not to delist and will be out of cash end of Jun.

During 2014Q1 JQ: "Once qualification testing is complete, we expect the customers will enter commercial agreements and place orders for future projects. We’re in the late stage of this process with several customers and we believe they intend to secure supply production in the second half of 2014 and beyond. " Source: SA transcripts.

Well as STI couldn't pass the qualification testing and is not able to commercially produce, wonder if these customers secured a supply from an entity that could actually supply HTS wire?

SCON is always posting job openings, but doesn't hire and lays off workers. Which part of "headcount reductions" is not clear.

From the 2015Q3-10Q, STI's management viewpoint:
"From January 1, 2015 through September 26, 2015, we raised, net to us, more than $6.3 million from the exercise of outstanding warrants and the sale of our common stock and undertook steps to reduce our ongoing operating costs through headcount reductions and other cost saving efforts. Even with this additional cash and cost reductions, we needed to raise funds on October 14, 2015 to implement our current business plan and maintain our viability. These factors raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern." A dilution of 122% in ONE year and no prospect to get any commercial contracts because STI has not even resumed shipping wire for qualification testing, a material event.

Managements (insiders) view, "These factors raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern."

You know things are bad when the Pump&Dump boilerroom scamsters are scraping the bottom of the barrel when the discredited r2d2_n_c3po is pumped up to shill, may take a few pulls of the handle to flush this scamster back to where it belongs.

Wonder how that 2nd RCE is doing, which should be up and running if one believed The Lying Robot Boilerroom Scamster lie?

2014Q3 SA CC transcripts, Q&A, JQ: "we've got to get this first machine produced and having it pump out wire and then we need to secure the agreements and the demand to consume all that wire and then, THEN THE DECISION MAKING ON ADDING the second, third, fourth machine becomes a lot more real ..." (emphasis added)

r2d2_n_c3po • Jan 27, 2015 4:18 PM, "... STI has started ordering certain long lead parts for the second production RCE machine. JQ said as much in response to a CC question. Now why would the UILT stupidly lie about this?"

From the U.S. government website: stopfraud
"Wash trades are purchases and sales of securities that match each other in price, volume, and time of execution, and involve no change in beneficial ownership. For example, a wash trade occurs when Investor A buys 100 shares at $5.00 of Company A through Broker A while simultaneously selling 100 shares at $5.00 of Company A through Broker B."

"Matched trades are similar to wash trades but involve a related third person or party who places one side of the trade. For example, a matched trade occurs when Investor A buys 100 shares at $5.00 of Company A through a broker, while Investor B, who coordinates with Investor A, simultaneously sells 100 shares at $5.00 of Company A through a broker."

"Both wash trades and matched trades are used to create the appearance that the stock price rose as a result of genuine market demand for the securities."

Looks like the Dawson James Securities, Inc.. pump & dump shills are swarming, judging by the new posters on this board. (Per the last 424-B4 dilution, "H.C. Wainwright has engaged Dawson James Securities, Inc. as a sub-placement agent")

Trying to get retail to bite on this latest wash and matched trade pump.
