That's why ADK sucks wind. Two different capital raises from preferred increased common dividend and nothing else.
That's why this company is viewed negatively by the street.
I'm guessing hedge funds and their ilk naked shorting thinly traded preferreds like ADK-A. Happening throughout the market on many different preferred issues.
This is the way bogus penny stock firms raise cash.
This company will NEVER be taken seriously by institutions let alone astute individual investors.
Why they just can't get funded by daddy over at Ducon is beyond my imagination!
Seriously considering a class action against this company based on those two issues you mentioned.
And before anybody laughs, I won a big settlement with NWBO several years ago due to their bogus allegations that DCVax was approved.
..... We currently expect RHB-105 to reach the market in 2017 and achieve risk-adjusted royalty revenues of $81M.....
Wow, that is pretty mediocre. Only $81 million in 10 years??
Extremely manipulated stock that doesn't trade all that great in Tel Aviv I think it can easily get to ten bucks or less here.
Yeah you allude that I'm new to this but in a prior post you ask what's a good entry point?
Keep it real dude.
I agree with your analysis that RDHL needs more $ for the trials, but the market seems to be indicating these particular drugs in their pipeline won't be future big money generators.
Thus the low market cap in relation to other bios with less in the pipeline but with more esoteric drugs that are potential blockbusters.
Shorted @ 15.50 yesterday.
Stock looks extremely weak. I have a hunch that something isn't quite right here as it continues down a death spiral.
Good luck to you maybe it reverses around $12.
I'll make up my losses by shorting as their pipeline isn't that valuable and stock should get back to cash value (around 6 bucks a share) I'll only need it to get to $12 a share to break even and that won't take much longer.
Shorted 2X my original long position.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Could go bk.
But more than likely much much lower.
MReits are a complete ponzi. Most are so convoluted with complex formulas that just ain't gonna work in a rising interest rate environment.
I'm positive ORC management doesn't even have a handle on any of it!
