buy what you see and love, just like buffet.
the things i like about HABT is the low float and only 11M cap.
this can be a high PE with a market cap within years.

    close around 50cent

  • Shares of Dendreon Corp. (NASDAQ:DNDN) were down to knees 13% during Friday session after the company recently cleared its initial bankruptcy court hearing, releasing a process in which lenders owed $620 million have decided to take less than half that amount from anyone ready to purchase the cancer-drug-making business.

going to BK could and will effect patient.
They start this company to help cure cancer patients,
We need to be profit to stay in business. A great partner will
be Roche who will represent DNDN in EU.

  • masterlock912 by masterlock912 Nov 17, 2014 11:50 AM Flag

and continue operating with a channel partner.

  • They are not investing and waiting for results. They are spending
billions to take over. Only the strong survive. DNDN is not is small fish,
they just didn't know how to profit from their products.
Instead of taking a $620 loan and build the big Manufacture,
They should build 8 small manufacture in US and EU
for quick delivery and turn around. This problem will be solve
    when DNDN get takeover.

  • To cut down the process. We are not talking about money.
Its about saving life. Why spend billions on R&D when
They already have the vaccine. Its not the products dont work,
Its the time of delivery. If they can cut it down to a 1 day process.
    We are golden.

I don't mind if they merge with GERN. I'll take that $2.5, thank you.

  • masterlock912 by masterlock912 Nov 14, 2014 4:39 PM Flag

just look at GTATQ and NIHDQ, they went into BK months ago and share are still trading up and down.
the worst is we get to 10 cent and the high with a merger is $2 buck. risk and reward.

  • Don't be suprise if GERN will merge with DNDN.
Dendreon have a great products, its just the cost of operating.
People should see the video Dendreon post in their website.
It just take too long and effort, there should be a better way to
transfer patient blood to dendreon manufacture. that is just like
sending regular mail and waiting for answer. We need someone
to come up with way to cut it down to half day work. and lower the cost of expense.

He knows DNDN is in trouble so he want to sell before cash is running out and make sure patient are treated. If he is greedy then he will pump DNDN stock and leave them for dead. I'm sure this will get buyout by big company but don't know about the stocks.
lenders owed $620 million have agreed to take less than half that amount from anyone willing to buy the cancer-drug-making business

the Company will look to first sell itself to a buyer that would keep producing Provenge but if it receives no qualifying bids, the debt holders will convert their debt to equity and take over Dendreon making it a private company.
If DNDN close it door. what will happend to the patients.
i see $1.5 next week. just bought at 15 cent and will buy more if drop to 10 cent.
