On Tuesday I guess we well find out

  • masterwallstreet by masterwallstreet Jan 18, 2015 7:25 PM Flag

In my opinion only, I call this the What If effect. What if AMD files a lawsuit against Intel for antitrust and monopoly and for sabotaging their business and damages for a sum of $20 billion? What if the justice department opens up an investigation on Intel for antitrust and monopoly violation? What if stockholders of AMD file a lawsuit against Intel for sabotaging their investment? What if shareholders of Intel file a lawsuit against Intel for these illegal tactics? There are a lot of what ifs. What if we beat earnings estimate with a record profit? What if Playstation 4 sold a record volume? What if XBox sold a record volume this quarter? What if MacPro sold a record this quarter? What if we sold a record volume of graphic cards this quarter? They are in industrial use, military use, medical use and gaming systems. What if the shorts start covering first thing Tuesday morning? What if all the analysts are wrong and they change their tune? What if we get a surprise announcement from the CEO for a buyout bid? What if they halt the stock for a surpise announcement? I hope all the shorts out there stocked up on toilet paper.

You can not gave your product away for free or sell your product below cost that is not playing fair and when you show a loss of 4.21 billion Dollars that is my man is the SMOKING GUN

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

So how much is Intel is paying you to bash AMD ?

  • masterwallstreet masterwallstreet Jan 18, 2015 10:43 AM Flag

How high well the shock go if she files? Lot high than it is now ? They is a Smoking Gun why not ?

  • In my opinion only , What is the are possibility that she files a Lawsuit against Intel this week for damages and For a sum of , My guess for about 20 billions Dollars for damages . Just well take off big time.

  • In my opinion only, where there is smoke there is usually fire. Let us change this around. Where there is a smoking gun and a lot of smoke, there is a lot of smoke a lot of smoke there is usually a huge lawsuit following. Let us see what AMD can do with all that money. The stock will skyrocket because of a lawsuit because there is a smoking gun. There is so much smoke that Intel will probably settle because there is so much smoke. Intel will have to start playing by the rules. AMD will grab market share because of the technology. They probably will have less debt because of the lawsuit. The list goes on..ect.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

In my opinion only, AMD has grounds to sue Intel for illegal antitrust monopoly tactics by giving their products away for low cost actually paying customers to use their products. They lost $4.21 billion in their mobile and tablet sales. What they did was illegal and shows the Smoking Gun that AMD could file a lawsuit. AMD has the grounds to sue Intel. They got busted in Europe for the same tactics and had to pay fines that they are still trying to appeal. I would not be surprised if AMD filed a lawsuit against Intel for these tactics. They definitely have a case. You know the old saying follow the money. I can not understand how a big corporation like Intel is so afraid of little AMD that they actually give their products away. What are they afraid of? Are they afraid of a little competition with better technology? I would not be surprised if Intel is behind all this shorting of AMD and are they paying for all these negative bashers to bash AMD.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Rather then generate revenue ,Intel has been paying customers to use there chips In smartphone and tablets.
Another Law suit can be coming to Intel for this not playing fair and losses lots of Money because of AMD
They are so afraid of AMD I wonder Why .Because they are better then Intel

In my opinion only, all the analysts upgraded Intel to a buy to a market performance of 45 dollars. How completely wrong they are. Now they downgraded it to underperformance the new price is between 30 and 31 dollars. They say to buy because they were selling and you bought. Price goes down, they buy at a cheap price, you sell at a loss. AMD is a sell. They are telling everybody to short this stock. What are the possibilities that they are wrong again? Are they buying while you are selling and shorting? Are they going to sell to you when the stock makes a new 52 week high? I bet you they are wrong again. I bet AMD will hit a new 52 week high. All analysts will say I am sorry we messed up. The shorts will also mess up in their shorts.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Intel which lost 1.1BN and had negative net revenue of 6 BN in the fourth Quarter from smartphone sells and tablet sells they are losing money on chips that is smart business ?

  • masterwallstreet masterwallstreet Jan 15, 2015 2:20 PM Flag

In my opinion only, I think you are in for a rude awakening. Intel has five times the amount of debt as AMD. Intel is losing billions a year. They are selling a chip with very little margin to try to take customers away from AMD. Intel is on the verge of the antitrust monopoly. It could eventually be broken up. There are several articles saying AMD has better technology than Intel. Intel got busted in Europe for paying customers for not carrying AMD's product. They got sued and lost it. They had to pay billions and billions in fines. They keep trying to appeal the decision. What is the sense of making the product and selling it for so low that you are actually giving it away. 2015 is a great year for AMD it is better products and services. We are now in all game consoles. We have the best video card in the world. Go on Youtube and check out the new AMD commercials. One I like tells you do you really know AMD. These commercials will blow you away. Earnings will blow you away too.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • In my opinion only, I can not believe how ignorant these shorts are to continue shorting the stock on low volume trying to create a panic sale on low volume. They continue bashing the stock with nothing to sustain it. The stock is heavily shorted 30% of the float. Earnings come out in less than 2 trading days. This day is gone. The reasons why they could possibly get cremated is Murphy's law. That will happen to the shorts. Everything will go wrong for the shorts. They are either going to wait until after earnings or they will cover the last minute which will create such a short squeeze. There is an article on Full time whistle comparing AMD chip to Intel chip. I recommend everybody read that article. IT is called GM Interested in Partnering up with Google on Self-Driving Cars. They compare Intel chip to AMD chip. They talk about the design of the chip, how fast the chip is and the quality of the chip. In this article the comparison favors AMD. What are the chances we would get partnered up with GM? We all know this quarter is peak quarter. What are the chances we blow estimates out of the water? They have 8% leaner workforce means more profit, less expenses. What about the new products that will be hitting in 2015. How could you short a stock with very little to gain and a lot to lose. The stock is very undervalued to begin with. With chances of a buyout happening anytime, any minute the stock could also get halted for several reasons. You shorts messed up and you also messed up your shorts.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
