In my opinion only, I would recommend everybody write to the company and their board of directors and voice their opinion like I am voicing my opinion now. When a stock is rated by analysts not only are they rated by the product and its performance they are also rated by the performance of the CEO and management team and their pay. AMD has a great product much better than the competition. What they lack is leadership and teamwork. This becomes a problem. Unless the CEO and the management team start producing results this is not going to go away. There was a lot of 4K filing after hours Friday night. You better hope for some good news Monday. When insiders are selling, this makes the stock look weak.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

In my opinion only, I am not bashing AMD. I believe in AMD technology. I am still an AMD shareholder. I stll recomend AMD as a strong buy. I will tell you why. AMD has future cutting-edge technoogy available today. They have a super product at a superb price. They are in all the major game consoles. China is opening their doors to Playstation, XBox and Wii which has over 500 million gamers This is huge. It is a great opportunity for AMD. They have the best videocard in the world. They have the advantage over the competition with their 64 bit ARM servers. They have billions of dollars worth of patents protecting their technology. This is a goldmine for any 800 pound gorilla buying out AMD. Now here is the but the CEO and management team are using AMD as their ATM machine. The CEO and management team get paid huge salaries and free options. It cost AMD millions. If the company was trading at value and above value anywhere from 12 to 20 dollars I would think they deserve their huge salaries and free options. The stock is trading under value. Investors are taking a bath paying CEO and management team for poor performance, arrogance and incompetent work. How could the board of directors and investors allow them to rape AMD shareholders. Something has got to be done for them to earn these ridiculous salaries and options. They should get paid for their performance. Why are salary and options going up and the stock is tanking? It is going down. If stock goes down salaries and bonuses should go down too. The CEO and management team have to step up to the plate and start performing or they should be replaced if the cannot perform. Otherwise this woruld be a great company and investment opportunity if we had a competent CEO and management team that cold lead this company to the new future of AMD.I believe in AMD technology. Hopefully I could start believing in their CEO and management team if and when they start performing.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • In my opinion only, the CEO and manageet team gets rewarded milions of dollars in free options that cost the investors. Let me repeat that they are free optons for their performance. In my pinion, they do not deserve it because the stock is trading undervalued and underpriced. Instead of having the decency to hold onto the stock until it is trading at value or above value, they have the arrogance to dump them on the open market causing the stock to go down. The CEO and management team are using AMD as their own personal ATM machine. They are raping their investors too.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • In my opinion only, if anybody listened to the conference call or read the second quarter transcript we could have beaten second quarter earnings and blew them away by seven cents. Instead we posted a two cent profit missed estimates by one cent. There were three estimates. One was 0 break even One was two cents which we hit. The third one was three cents which we missed by a penny. Because of the arrogant and incompetent CEO they did a debt swap this quarter which cost the company in between 50 and 55 million dollars expense that quarter. It costs 5 cents diluted share. Without that expense we would have made a seven cent profit that quarter. It blew away all estimates and a short squeeze that stock could have went to 6 dollars 7 dollars or 8 dollars possibly. Why would you do a debt swap when you knew you could have waited and did it in the third quarter which is a stronger quarter. The stock would have been worth a lot more money, better deals and better interest rates. By doing a debt swap in the second quarter they sabotaged their chances of breaking a new 52 week high. It caused the stock to tank. Do you really believe the CEO deserves a bonus and stock options?

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • In my opinion only, as I recommend a strong buy on this stock because of their future cutting-edge technology that is available today. They have a superior product at a superior price. They have an advantage over he competition with their ARM 64 bit servers. They have the best video card in the world. They are in every major game console. I believe this stock is undervalued and underpriced. The only bad thing I could find out about this stock that I am not too happy about is the CEO and management team are raping investors by diluting shares, giving them bonuses and options for underperformance they reward themselves handsomely. I do not understand how a company and board members and investors let the CEO and management team use this company as their personal ATM machine. If the stock was trading at fair value or above fair value I could understand bonuses and options to reward their performance. They are underperforming and it is trading undervalue, the investors are losing money, do you really think that hey deserve bonuses and options for such a poor performance? Plus they get huge salary too. This is one reason why people are seeing this as a bad investment because of the arrogance of the CEO and management team. They should get rewarded for their performance. If performance is bad then no shares. Stop raping investors. To the arrogant CEO and management team. This is only my opinion why the stock is trading so low.

In my opinion only, as much as I have faith in AMD making a turnaround because their technology is so superior against the competition and he have the edge over the competition with the AMD servers. This sock has been traded over 153 million shares. That is over 25% of the float that has been heavily shorted. With any breaking news of how many XBox's will be sold in China or any news about the servers or any news of a potential buyout, this stock will take off on jet fuel. There is another stock that is being played lately. It is down 35%. The third quarter is their busiest quarter because of the flu season. It is Rite Aid. About two weeks ago, it did a reversal. They play with this stock because they are calling for a market correction. This is a true turnaround story. It is undervalued and you can buy it at a discount. Third quarter it is a possibility of them braking a new 52 week high. They have a better reputation beating estimates than AMD. this stock is way undervalued. You might want to play both of these stocks for a better return. It would not hurt to look into it and do some research yourself. It has a better CEO and management team than AMD. They do not rape their investors like AMD does.

In my opinion only, are no future scheduled events. If you go on Yahoo's website under Company Events there no scheduled events. This to me is strange and odd. This company usually has a presentation or main event scheduled almost every month. For them to have no future scheduled events seems to be very interesting. In my opinion, there might be some negotiations going on. Maybe news will come out of a merger . Does anybody find it weird or odd that there is no future event scheduled. Some of my posts they blocked on Yahoo. Why is this? They are blocking any positive news or articles on AMD. Why is this? I do not know if they are going to block this message or delete it but I will find out. It seems like they are trying to keep it hush hush.

In my opinion only, they lowered estimates because analysts kept raising estimates last quarter it was supposed to be break even 0 they raised it from break even to 2 or 3 cents. We missed by 1 cent. It was actually not a bad quarter. We would have actually beat this quarter without the debt swap and we could have beat estimates by 7 cents. Their estimate for this quarter did not include selling in China. It is a lot easier to hit a lower estimate than a higher estimate. Rite Aid lowered estimates for 7 straight quarters and beat them every time because the estimates were so low.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • In my opinion only, Sony reported earnings today and it beat estimates. There is a USA article Playstation 4 to a profitable quarter. The company's video games and network systems saw a big increase of 96% thanks to continued success of Playstation 4. They estimate a 6% increase this quarter. Playstation 4 is outselling XBox 3 to 1. Also last week Microsoft is taking preorders for XBox being sold in China in September. You will also have Playstation 4 and the Wii system selling in China too. This will be a great quarter for AMD and there is also a possibility of a buyout that could occur any day anytime. They just announced a contract with their 64 bit server last week I recommend everybody read that article. There are a lot of great things happening this quarter.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • In my opinion only, third and fourth quarters are always the busiest. You have third quarter 2 to 3 percent growth is projected. The CEO should have said anywhere from 2 to 10 percent growth. They lowballed it because they wanted to beat it and blow it out of the water. Rite Aid did that. They lowballed 7 straight quarters and beat it every time. China will start selling all the game consoles Wii, XBox 1 and Playstation 4 this quarter. You got back to school sales laptops, desktops and tablets. We have a lot more new products this quarter than last quarter. The graphic card is the best in the world and grew 124%. We are supposed to announced 2 win designs this quarter or next quarter. The ARM 64 bit server how many server contracts that could possibly come out this quarter. We have a huge potential with and 800 pound gorilla for a buyout. This stock has potential of closing from 3.70 to 4.00 and opening up at 8 to 15 dollars with a buyout. All the recent shorting of the stock and all the stop loss targets taken out. All the manipulation and BS articles and opinions I do not see this going under 3.70. I see no insiders selling. Institutions are buying huge amounts of shares. I think hey are just trying to keep this down until a big announcement is made.

In my opinion only everybody watched video Cramer made on mad money comparing AMD to Intel I call him the mad money clown. He is more wrong than he is right. You make more money if you did the opposite of what he says. He actually admitted that he is an entertainer and that he likes to entertain his audience. It is very strange and odd that they do a whole big episode on the penny stock. They usually never talk about a stock that is under five dollars especially for over 20 minutes. I guess AMD is a big threat when news came out last week about the ARM 64 bit server. The CEO of AMD said 40% of their revenues will be from other products. It will not totally rely on the CPUs. I was especially upset with the second quarter earnings. We could have broken all estimates and the stock would have made a profit of 5 to 7 cents but the CEO made a mistake and did the debt swap. That made us get a two cent profit one cent short of estimates. It is right now being overkilled. Intel beat estimates by 2 cents and this is being overplayed. I do not see any insiders selling. I see institutions buying and the stock is being played by being heavily shorted. You are getting tons of BS articles and opinions that give downgrades in an attempt to drive it down. Third quarter they lowered their estimates to two to three percent growth. That is not bad but he could have said anywhere from two to to ten percent growth and he would have been right. I added more shares to my portfolio to average it down. I do not see it going under $3.70. I think we will actually beat third quarter estimates if they do not get bought out. Rite Aid lowered their estimates and always beat their estimates to make the stock rise. It is always easier to beat a low target than a high target. Third quarter and fourth quarters are always their busiest. Third quarter will be extremely busy. They will start selling all of their game consoles in China in September. You also have school sales laptops tablets desktops.

In my opinion only, first quarter they did a debt swap. It was between 50 and 60 million dollars. Plus they had a special meeting and diluted over 100 million dollars worth of shares. They could give themselves bonuses and options. This quarter they did another debt swap which is considered the slowest quarter of the season costing over 50 million dollars. I think we will set a new record of newer lows because of our great CEO and their team. Do you really think the CEO and the management team deserve bonuses and options?

The #1 reason why the stock tanked

In my opinion only, there is a lot of damage a lot of investors lost a lot of money. A lot of investors are in the red. I'm in the red big time. I believe that analysts are going to keep downgrading this and the shorts are going to keep shorting this. This will possibly hit newer lows. The management and the team have to step up to the plate and correct the mess they are in it. They are talking about two new design winds. They are not making it clear that the two design winds are in the process or are done or what. They are not even announcing them. Maybe they could delay bonuses or give back bonuses until it is at fair value. They have to start doing some kind of action to correct this mess. Otherwise the stock will hit newer lows. It would not hurt if the CEO apologized for the error he made this quarter with the debt swap. Someone has to take blame and if you work for the company and you cost it a lot of money you would get fired. Maybe one or two people should resign for this error. Something has got to be done to correct this but not saying anything and ignoring it is making it worse. The only way I could get my money back is wait for it to hit newer lows and average into it. I would wait for a buyout or the two design winds they are supposed to announce.

In my opinion only, if you read all my posts on AMD you know that I am a strong believer in AMD and its stock. They are a leader in future cutting-edge technology available today The # 1 reason why I believe the stock tanked is because they did the debt swap which was over $50 million expense this quarter. By doing the debt swap this quarter when it is the slowest quarter going the CEO and their management team sabotaged their chances of beating their estimates this quarter. I understand about the debt swap but if they did it in the third or fourth quarter where revenues and the stock price would be a lot higher they would have gotten a better deal with interest rates. I understand that rates cold possibly go up in the third or fourth quarter. If you were trading 8 dollars or more you would have gotten a better deal because most loans are based on the assets and the value of the stock. This stock has a chance of going 30 or 40% higher or possibly doubling if we posted a 7 cent profit. We posted s 2 cent profit. We lost 5 cents because of the debt swap. 2 and 5 is 7. I do't believe management or the team deserver their free bonuses and options that they received last quarter because of the debt swap. It cost the investor close to 100 million dollars in diluted shares. To make matters worse they went down on their estimate for the third quarter. The third quarter is supposed to be 1.57 billion now they are saying 1.51 billion. That is a decrease in estimate of 60 million. Do you really think these people deserve a bonus and free options for a great job they did this quarter and last quarter? Why are they getting bonuses and options if the company is loaded up with debt and they can not pay it because the company is postponing it. What does the investor get? They do not offer dividends and the stock value is going down meaning our investment goes down with it.

In my opinion only, if you read all my posts you will read that I am a strong believer in AMD and their technology. I was also heavily invested in this company. First quarter they did a debt swap and a special meeting where they issued diluted shares for bonuses and options. This quarter which is supposed to be the slowest quarter why would you do a debt swap and add expenses of 50 million dollars for doing the debt swap when you could have done it in the third or fourth quarter without damaging the stock when revenues were higher. If they did not do the debt swap they would probably have made a higher profit and they would not have a 50 million dollar expense this quarter. They would beat estimates and the stock would go up 20 to 30 percent. both the company and the stock would be more valuable and they probably would have gotten a better deal with interest rates because the stock price would be higher. By doing the debt swap they sabotaged this quarter I will not be surprised if we hit newer lows. This is poor leadership. They sabotaged this quarter.

  • In my opinion only, the first quarter they rewarded themselves handsomely with stock options by diluting shares which cost the investors. These are a lot of shares. This is not a private company they can not do what they please. This is publicly traded They have an obligation to investors. I could see them rewarding themselves with a good job when the stock goes up. Giving out bonuses and stock options that are free, when the company is in billions of dollars in debt and the stock price is undervalued and underpriced due to the leadership. Here is one thought. I understand about the debt swap but it did not have to be done in the second quarter, it could have been done after the second quarter and the stock would probably double. The stock would have made a record profit and would have most likely doubled. They could have made the debt swap in the third or fourth quarter when that was stronger which it would not have affected the stock as much because revenue would be higher. By doing this, they sabotaged this quarter. Now the stock is trading too low and the investors took a bath. This is a very poor decision made by the CEO ad the management team. Maybe they should give up the free stock they received for doing such a great job. In my opinion they lack real leadership. I am a very unhappy investor.

  • In my opinion only, the stock market is down today you have more red than green. AMD is up. Is news starting to leak out? This undervalued underpriced
future cutting-edge technology that is available in today's time has tons of patents to protect their technology. Their technology has a lead over he competition. All the analysts are changing their tune. I guess they do not want to look too incompetent when earnings comes out. Shorts do not cover today. Please cover after earnings when the stock is 6, 7 or 8 dollars. Shorts you got money to burn and you will burn a lot of money.

In my opinion only, what I would like to hear is blowout profits on the second quarter. Higher estimates for third and fourth quarter is also what I want to hear. I would like to hear is how many millions of consoles would be sold in China an estimate. I would like for them to talk about all of their patents and how valuable they are to protect their cutting edge technology. Because of these patents, we have an edge over the competition. I would like for them to talk about the ARM 64 bit server. Hopefully they will name a couple of contracts with 800 pound gorillas. I would also like to hear a surprise announcement of a possible buyout with an 800 pound gorilla. PC sales are up. Game consoles are up. Tablets are up. Graphic cards are up. These are all the things I want to hear on the conference call. A few surprising announcements too.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • In my opinion only, earnings come out in seven days. My prediction of what is going to happen and this is only a prediction. Nobody can predict the future. Let me rephrase this to this is my best guess and that it could happen. You have 110 million shares shorted in this stock that they have to cover sooner or later. Hopefully the smart ones wil cover before earnngs come out. This is based on my research and what is available and online. You know that when a product is gearing up for back to school sales or they are gearing up to sell game consoles in China. This is done 2 to 3 months ahead of time. When you buy summer clothes you buy it before summer is here. They start selling summer clothes in March. They start selling winter clothes at the end of the summer around August. All of this is gearing up for back to school laptops, desktops and MacPro. They are gearing up for all three game consoles that will be sold in China. Most likely these chips were bought and made this quarter. Does this make sense to anyone out there? If they start sellng game consoles in China, which has over 500 million gamers, they will definitely gear up for this big event. My best guess is that we will have a blowout , second quarter, third quarter and fourth quarter. The stock could trade a lot higher the last couple of days before earnings and with blowout earnings the stock could gap up 20 to 40%. If the shorts have to chase the shares, this thing will really fly.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
