I would sell the mobile business for $30-50 M and the rest of the real estates for $300-350 M...and keep the 3 floors for myself :-)
There are about 10M shares, it means only $2 M per year, renting is already about $6 M, soon with the extra 16 buildings renting income will be much higher.
Real estates are real, i don't see where else you can buy so cheap, only 3 floors for sale are the value of the market right now. There are more than 20 buildings for "free"! ... it sucks to see it at this price, but, no pain no gain :-)
