What guy are you talking about? I don't own any of those and I've never endorsed any of them either.
Careful with that conspiracy talk. Retail can trade at the fourth decimal. I don't know what you are talking about.
Come on pwdy, you know just as well as anyone here that speculative biotechs don't trade on current revenue and eps. They trade on projected future market share. It's okay to give your 2 cents but your bashing is getting out of hand.
Look at the outstanding shares and float. Last week the outstanding shares were around 6.77 million and the float was about 5 million. This week the outstanding shares are at 7.51 million and the float is at 6.2 million. That's a pretty big difference. Warrant holders have been exercising. Let's just hope they hold. Some how I doubt they have been holding though because the price goes up to the 7s and back down really fast. Also, someone pointed out that an insider bought $60k worth of shares (not 60,000 shares but 60,000 dollars worth). That's not really much when you are an executive. We'll see what happens. We need some CoSense sales and some orphan drug status news to get this moving.
This never goes too far from the exercise price of the warrants. Warrants A and B have a 6.50 strike price and I think the C warrants have a 6.25 strike price. I could be off by a few cents, but I think this trades in a range close to warrant exercise prices for a reason.
91% ownership is an outdated number. Wait until the next 13-F filings to get the new percentage. It's probably a lot lower depending on if the reported ownership as of date is before or after the big drop in share price.
Yeah I hope we can get a big contract soon
it's probably because the Baltimore protests
Someone probably just bought some shares at the Ask. It's only a couple thousand shares. I don't think it will mean anything for tomorrow but who knows.
I think it matters. If you wanted to contract with a company for a huge order and went to their website, you might have second thoughts and go to a competitor. A new website should cost under 50,000 to build professionally. They can get a decent website for 10,000.
I just looked at it. You're right. Looks like it was an intro to web designing college class project.
I don't see anyone beating you up. I just wanted to know how and why you changed your mind or if you were being sarcastic.
