    Price collapse. Gotta think the shorts are loving it Would think the share price drop is going to scare some people into selling + others will get squeezed and forced to sell (ugly both ways).

    Accounting issue appears to have been handled poorly - Agree with you on this one Halevay.

    From what's been disclosed, it hard to understand why a timing issue has cost us $10 million in fees + two law suits (cost unknown) The bigger one, while hopefully its tempory, the issue has likely taken $10 off the share price at a cost of $200 million to shareholders. Thus to demand more detail and an update seems reasonable and needed..

    Just my humble opinion.

    at this point, stock seems like a lay up to me. Why? In short, the odds of getting all 28 RC plants sold and running in the next 12 months seems really high (99%?). Will they hit the year end target for having all the RC plants running? No idea (seems like a stretch given its July 24th). While I hate where we're trading right now and I think we're 50% undervalued, time to sit back and wait.
