    From 8/14 CC - Riley

I will answer your last point. Are we going to take on multiple partners by going on multiple indications on label? The answer is no..This would be a problematic call as once the docs realize the benefit in their field of medicine they would go after it off label anyway for the benefit of their patients..That is really the beauty of the drug is that it could cross over into several auto immune indications. That is exactly why the patents are being filed as to protect our IP for other indications that would benefit from improved cognition. So bottom line is our drug has increased in value and his provided Mr. Riley more leverage at the bargaining table. In the call he mentioned going into phase 3 alone possibly, but in reality it seemed more to me that he was throwing in more chips and raising the bet with the companies who are bidding on the rights...

I think Mr. Riley has the leverage and he is not going to show his hand until the pot is full of black, yellow and white chips. Only Mr. Riley knows for sure, but that is my take away based on the size and scope of our company compared to big pharma with all their assets and resources to move it through the FDA and out into the marketplace. It's the right call for us, but our CEO will not leave the table until all the chips are in the circle for the shareholders in my opinion.

You were in the stock while Kanzer was at the helm and he was a freak on drugs who actually took a swing at an FDA official. Now you have the company being run by a CEO who understands how to close deals and get the shareholder maximum value. Riley has already stated that he is in talks with companies and those talks are accelerating. The cognition improvements realized in their phase 2 study and recent presentation on those findings has added more value to our IP and in conjunction with that IP new patents have been submitted. He is a very smart VC guy and he will pull the trigger the the optimum moment.

I have owned a lot of pipeline companies and you need to have patience. We have four potential blockbusters if whooping cough goes internationally which is where the largest patient pop exists.. You need an iron stomach to ignore the big swings and those big boys who want to scare you away. I am dug in deep and will hold strong as long as Riley is running the show while the smart money of Randal Kirk and Michael Dell continue to support the stock as two of the largest shareholders.

Let the traders play with it all they want. The real question is where will we be by the end of 2015..By that time we will have struck a Trimesta Deal and our other three indications will have made major headway..Big pharma will be watching closely as they are all looking to enrich their dried up pipelines. We have the chance to be well north of 10 pps by that timeframe and based on my numbers we should be valued at 1.5BB if 3 of our 4 large market indications are successful..If you do the math based on 58mm shares outstanding that comes to 25.86 per share. In my view the range is as wide as 10-25pps due to the uncertainty of FDA approvals. This is not calculating getting the drugs into market. This is a buy out price based on getting all indications through a successful phase 2 . At that point I think we are gobbled up by big pharma and our ticker goes away.

I have seen trolls like you many times in the past and they only come out at night when stocks are down. You will have a short shelf life on this one, but go ahead and pollute the board with your BS..In reality you shake zero shares out and add no value to this board and you probably live in your mothers basement.

Don, your going to get the last laugh. Buying on these absurd dips and continuing to accumlate shares is the way to go. Insiders are in a quiet period since they are curently in discussions with several companies so you will not see any buying from the inside at this time. CEO has a 1.5 mm shares of skin in the game so he will be working hard for the shareholder..I expect the deal to go down in mid november before the holiday. Their runway takes them through January February timeframe so the timing would be perfect to prevent having to do another cash raise...

Company has one of the most exciting pipelines in the space with no rivals in the small cap space. IBSC presentation could have applications into the obesity market. ( that is huge no pun intended )..I like other agree that there is some manipulation going on mainly because of the companies cash position. Riley will get a Trimesta deal partnership down before we all sit down to thanksgiving dinner. It will be very favorable to shareholders as well as fund our pipeline for several years out. I will be selling the remainder of my MNK shares and buying more SYN at these oversold conditions. The shorts and manipulators will not have much time to play..!!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Interesting presenation and I found it also interesting of the direct correlation with it had with regard to the positive effects of weight loss to patients with obesity. Off label use by doctors to treat obesity could also be a revenue stream for the drug that and until today was not even factored in to the equation.

Every drug and indication in our pipeline is cutting edge and it is only a matter of time before the value of our IP begins to relate to share price..

    Long and Strong SYN!!

First drug ever to improve cognitive degeneration in MS patients. That is all I needed to hear to know we are holding on to IP that has blockbuster potential. Savy investors should be letting the corks fly off champagne bottles at this point. Let the traders do what they do with the day to day share price..The end game is this equity is going to change a lot of tax brackets for the long holders...

    REPAIR -- neuroprotective benefits!

I think Mr. Riley is playing a good hand of poker with potential buyers. Going it alone is an option, but I think the plan is to maximize return on the IP with a partner by letting them think we are looking at that option. Going into phase 3 and approval is better left to big pharma while we work on pushing our other indications through phase 2. What we may do is sell the IP for only MS and begin considering studies on other auto immune indications. Trimesta could be the gift that keeps on giving!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • I’ll remind you that no other MS drug currently in the market has demonstrated significant neuroprotection and the potential for improvement cognitions and treating not only for MS, but also potentially for ALZHEIMERS disease and other neurodegenerative disease characterized by cognitive decline." Per the CEO.

If SYN can demonstrate the same cognitive improvements with Alzheimers patients that this stock will go to pluto!! Many on this board has either had a loved one or someone they know taken down to this ugly disease. Would it not be the perfect storm to be invested in a company that can work towards a cure for these patients while providing a return on investment..There are no boundries on this stock at the moment and this could be an equity which could be in the top 5 or 10 of the largest return on investment over the next year in both the Nasdaq along with the NYSE...We have that type of potential with this equity...Buckle up folks. Riley is driving this turbo charged company and we are going for the checkered flag.

Gala, I agree this presentation is a major pivot point for the company. Riley is not only a great CEO but he has a background in Venture capital and understands the importance of timing of the PR's to get maximum value for his intelectual property..Trimesta is already turning heads and I believe this presentation will add more clarity to the potential revenue and more importantly the potential help this will provide patients suffering from MS both relapse and cognitive. Were going higher with more PR's coming next week. God I love this company, its pipeline and the potential return for its shareholders. Trimesta will need an autioneer to determine who wins the partnership...50 million , 50 million do I hear 60 million---60 million to Merck in the front row, do I hear 75 million --Teva at 75 million what abouty 80 million???? It is going to be a fun time for long term investors over the next 6 months...Here we go!!

  • mdr0418 by mdr0418 Sep 11, 2014 12:09 PM Flag

A Trimesta Deal is definately eminent at this point and the presentation will create the type of validation and buzz on Friday that will give Riley the type of leverage that will create an auction like setting for the companies wanting to enrich their pipeline. Expect a front end loaded deal that will bankroll roll all the other indications through phase 2 and beyond. Also expect some back end loaded royalties once the drug goes to market in the 12% range along with other milestones during the approval process.

We are like a powder keg and Friday morning a match will ignite the fuse as we count down the days before the Trimesta Deal is announced.

Remember our cash burn is about 1mm monthly and we have enough to get us through year end. Ideally we would like to get this deal done by the end of October as not to dilute shareholder value by having to raise more cash. I think the timing of this presentation plays into this exact plan and a deal will be consumated by no later then the end of October or mid November at the latest..

    Syn to Win!!!!

Well said--The end point results were totally misinterpreted while the congnitive results opened up a totally new door to walk through for the company. I still believe the Kanzer sale was vindictive in nature as he being thrown to the curb was fully aware what a 5mm market order would do to the stock not to mention how it would also impact his average out price. He is out now and we have a new captain steering the SYN ship who I believe will reap large rewards for its shareholders. September will be a great month of PR's for the company and new investors will enter the fray.

With all do respect to the technicals, I agree that we have some fundamentals and upcoming catalysts that may trump RSI , MACD , and all the other technical indicators. Going into a short week with our C-Diff Poster coming out next Friday should add more fuel to the fire. Many on this board are long term holders versus traders and for those like me the technicals shorter term do not matter..Never been good at selling tops and buying bottoms while paying back uncle same 50% of your hard work if I am right..Prefer to perform the hardcore due diligence and sit and hold like Mr. Buffett. Traders have a place in the market and they need to use the technical tools and also agree not everything goes straight up. Just think through at least next week the technicals may be trumped due to the upcoming catalysts and we may stay over bought and continue higher a bit longer.

A good long weekend to all!

  • This is a quote from Eugene B. Chang who is professor of Medicine at the University of Chicago:

The move strong today on what should be lighter then normal volume is being driven more by fundamentals then technicals in my opinion. The savy investors are beginning to realize that our drug and technology is out in front of anything in the market and the financial metrics considering the potential patient population x scripts creates a potential blockbuster. All this action primarily focused on 1 drug and 1 indication with 3 other potential blockbusters that have not even been on the front burner of discussions.

Key point: Vaccines try and work with the toxins that c-diff produces but do not protect the micro biome.

Another key point: Syn has patents and are working on more with combination therapies using oral antibiotics..

Protecting the micro biome is the CDC's primary public health focus!. The end game here is we become the gold standard for all patients on antibiotics both IV and oral...It does not get any better then that when you are improving the lives of thousands of patients and off course creating revenue generation for the company and its shareholders...I call that a SYN // WIN!!

    Long and Strong SYN!!
