how about sfy? seems truly undervalued. their ceo couldn't pump gas out of a gas pump. they could steal this company easily for $15. i think they've got some very good assets. management is just inept.
well, here we are. been waiting on the chance to buy back below 5.10. i rest the case for my thesis. sell again over 3.40. wash, rinse, repeat. this is the only way to make money with this stock. loading back up now :) - i have the same xco i had before in terms of # of shares... but i got an extra 3k in my pocket! good luck to all my fellow longs.
i wish you'd quit posting these senseless blue sky posts. sorry but you go on ignore. it's just as irritating as the shorts who post endless threads.
you will just see an announcement. i am surprised they'd even file on this until they had some sort of agreement well in hand. it was bound to tank the stock price. then again, management has proven that they're idiots countless times. what is one more time?
i placed my bet at 9.28 (or at least the last one). looks like i'm losing. of course, if they pop up with an agreement, it will go to $10. otherwise, no. we are headed for the $7's.
management should consider a sale like this to a chinese company. wlt still has very valuable assets. this management team tried to get too big at the wrong time. they need to realize they are way in over their heads.
save some shareholder value. sell it for $12. a buyer would appear for that.
retired, i suspect the illusion will last for a few weeks that inventory will be filled easily this injection season. i'm buying dgaz for a short term trade here. the middle of the summer and reality will start to set in. companies aren't going to break their necks for sub $4 gas when they could drill for oi.
I guess as long as he gets a big salary, he should be happy even if the shareholders are destroyed.
Where is our activist shareholder?
i would hope so. management clearly can't get out of its own way and do anything constructive with these assets. sell the whole thing off terry, and go buy yourself a little oil and gas startup. of golf or do charitable work or something. just quit torturing investors with ineptness.
we hit 3.50. then i am back in for another 10k shares. wash, rinse, repeat. when it finally does (if ever) take off, i'll have a basis where i wanna be - well below 3.50.
been reading up on the TMS. i think floyd has got what he needs to take this over the top.
it's gonna cost them to hold that short, 5 cents a quarter. who would short it here? how much down can there be at this point? i would think they'd find a weaker candidate.
