I still hold all my shares, but have taken a less active role in managing my investment. There are many concerns with Tianyin and China, but there is potential for large gains. There are capital controls and unique risks operating in China some that I was unaware of in 2008. The relocation of the QLF factory took a lot out of this company and its balance sheet. I would like to see a deal outside of China, to earn US dollars, or currency other the the Yuan, to allow a stock buyback. If that happens, the stock should move.
