I live next to Ford Dearborn and went there for a job recently and was told they are not hiring. If they are hiring, it is INSIDE only. That means the people that work there are pulling in their family and friends quietly although I have not heard this to be the case from people that work there now. I am suspicious of this story.

I tried to get into Ford for over 20 years and even with 3 degrees,,,no dice. The problem with Unions is , is that they make the wages so lucrative that the workers only pull in their family and friends. This destroys the idea of a Meritocracy and elevates #$%$ into positions that they have no business being into, thus the quality drops badly. The High wages of union members cause the cost of Autos, Homes and just about everything else to go up so that us peons earning minimum wage cannot afford those luxuries. I live in Donkey Central Detroit area and see first hand these effects. You haven't lived until you have heard one of the illiterate UAW donkeys bragging about how good and important they are because they make big money. They belittle doctors, lawyers or even engineers for wasting all of that money on useless education when they "MADE IT" without lifting a finger.
