I am with t-mobile and was trying to switch to att. I went to att store #s895 on 05/01/16.
Anyways being there for hours the att rep. there could not switch me to att. I got mad and decided to leave the store. I asked the att rep. to refund me the $51.83 that he had charge my debit card but he said he can not refund me.
I went back to t-mobile afterward and pay for my bill which was due the next day and reset my phone and number back with them. I was charged twice for the month of May on the same phone number. I will not go back to att anymore since I called them at: 1-800-901-9878 and they said they will not credit my account but only will credit someone that I know who has prepaid account with them.
Anyway; this is shame for a multi billion dollars company to steal out of people $51 at the time.
shame, shame, shame on att.
I will write to FCC today to ask them how two carrier can charge me on same phone number for the same month? is this legal? I think att is doing something not only immoral but also illegal in here.
