JordanMarsh, and pretending to be wise to me qualitates you as having a verified inferiority complex. And yes they do, if you attending a GOOD high school. And as for being less effective, your reading comprehension is lacking, either that or your understanding of simple science. Either way you're OUT!

Excellent, too bad they are already behind the patent EIGHT-BALL and not to mention the Phase gate approval one as well!

We shall see. My understanding is that the animal models in the pre-clinial stage were off the charts. There the various excisions which resulted in hypertrophic scars were decided upon four different segments of the rodents physiology. This would enable a more comprehensive understanding of the various degrees of RNA collagen supression. To date my understanding is the delayed response for collagen formation is due to blood vessel formation, skin cells need food to grow. With that said week 4 of any cohort study as juxtaposed to a placebo is a null event but nevertheless is a good baseline to show. The same pictures will be likely shown 3 months from now where the placebo is likened to folow the path of the rat model placebo therefore validating the rat model. Here, they were discussing the possibility of ramping up 109 to a double um, which meant even further supression of collagen transcriptence. If this is true, then the results should be even more remarkable.
I would wager that people will be amazed when they see the next set of slides and that isn't even the end result yet, but only 1/3rd the timeline! Yes, it will be quite interesting to see the response from investors who got duped and had their money literally stolen during the stop loss trip of the month. IMO

    Question about an up-list

I got into a long battle with Brotherbear over this topic. I thought NYSE and he#$%$ said NASDQ, nevertheless, they need th ep-ship to boost this over $2.00 and it will be achievable. I believe that Punit follows Kims moves and copies them so it is not unreasonable to say it is likely in the not too distant future that we see ONCS on a major exchange...

It was actually awesome to see how pictures paint a thousand words and none were said because the presentation did not happen yet. All those stops pulled out...wow. I can't even begin to imagine how people feel when they learned later. They are probably saying "good thing I sold it won't work" then someone got a hold of the preclinical result pics and posted them and selling was done like in a heart beat.

You're opinion is unvalidated, misleading and false. It will be truthful after 12 weeks if the treated scar has the same collagen rope as the placebo,,,until you're full of sheeet.

You're an idiot. They can always get a CE mark and back door submit via EEU pharmocovigilance data. There is an avalanche of drugs that are back door approved this way. The only reason why pharma corps decide to go US is to gain rapid access to a larger market. The End, MOMO.

OMG, people reiterating everything I just said. Skins cells can not live without nutrients and nutrients can not be delivered without pathways and pathways must first be developed before anything else! That is what they termed in pre-med as root-base systems, kind of like a tree. Hypertrophic scar tissue is tumurous in nature...it actually overcompensates. rxi109 is nothing but an interceptor RNA strand that inhibits the overcompensation factor, slows it down until the cycle is complete. Scientists still do not understand when and how cells determine this (the feedback mechanism) for if they did a lot of diseases could be cured. I can go on and on but the bottom line is pictures paint a thousand words and those pictures showed no resolve. You can;t blame a common layman for selling out...I would have too if I did not understand what I was looking at.

Alter v. Sooner? Are you for real? LOL! No really..I'm serious...Did you take biology in High School?
LOL! OMG these people are dumb. Listen Sparky....Coagulation and tissue binding occur internally. The only reason why a wound stops bleeding is because of thrombin and platelets. For deep cuts skin cells are nowhere to be found in the void until week 10 days later. That's why you can reopen deep cuts and it gets worse with age. Knowing no real benefit of delivering iRNA to the site before master cells signal some serious collagen binding signaling it was a no brainer. I can't believe they would even waste time delivering the drug prior to the average timeline. As a matter of fact, keloids are nothing but a variant form of external tumor, they follow the same pathways of signalling RNA transcriptence and that does not happen on a macro scale until internal tissue binding delivers newly formed blood vessels to the surface to feed the new skin cells...so duhhhhhh!!!! Maybe they were inducing the cells early to see the effect, if any for further inhibition, but Biology101 stayed the course.

I'm still banging my head off the wall at how stupid America has become, no really.

Mederma is garbage...and it is almost useless on oily skin. The film slides off.... Silicone sheething is better, but who want to look like the Phantom of The Opera? Best for burn victims. Nope, shots are the real deal. it's the next best thing since Botox and all the #$%$ will soon learn someone ran off with their wallets.

It's going to get ugly, no pun intended.

Can you believe they put up baseline data online BEFORE the presentation? LOL!! OMG!! I knew Gert was no promoter but that insane...I told people weeks ago who were pumping it to me to wait. I knew the cluster-fc because Gert did it at J&J too. Was the easiest and most unfair shares anyone could ever pick up. I would hate to be a sucker and have sold on that one. Almost surreal and scary too.

Anyway, ONCS. A real life saver company. I heard from others that Punit was super excited. Did he elude to a p-ship? or phase data? or anything else that is positive?
