Thanks for the valueable information. We were
trying to find some more information on Wydeband future
business but with no success. Sounds very confidential.
Sure that both CMVT and the Zisapels will not miss any
opportinty to go public with this new company.
You are wrong about RDWR. RDWR shows nice profit and comfortable with analysts estimate.
RDWR is successful because they are selling mainly in Europe. FFIV's main market is in the US.
We are a group of investors
trying to do our own estimate by going to the Company
asking as many qustions as possible and collecting all
pieces if information to one whole picture.
example,we know about RDWR the following
-Management is comfortable with analysts
-Marketing people are very pleased with their achievments
this quarter. They also recieved a bonus.
no new manpower was hired by the Company. It means
growth in operating expenses will be moderate.
have more pieces of information that brought us to the
conclusion that Q4 EPS will be $0.12-$0.15
I know I have to ignore your stupid messages, but
I wonder what is your reaction to the fact that
FFIV is up 10% today, even the Company will see Q4
losses. What will happen to RDWR when the Company will show a
nice profit of $0.12-$0.15 per share on Q4 and
estimated EPS above $.50 for 2001?
RDWR management expressed satisfaction with Q4
results. Company even stopped shipments on last Wendsday.
Our estimate for growth in revenues (30%- 40%)is more
solid. Also profitability is better than previous
I agree. If EPS for Q4 will be $.12-$.15 ,we might see the $27-$32. Conclusion:to buy now at levels less than $20 might be a great opportunity.
Very difficult to forecast how the market will
react to such surprising EPS. Price went up
20%yesterday after Company's announcement that they are
comfortable with analysts current estimates ($.10). It will
not surprise me to see RDWR prices above $25 on first
week of Feb. 2001
Mostly I agree with amdash analysis.
like to share with you some pieces of
-RDWR will show a nice growth in sales. Many salesmen
will recieve a bonus for last quarter success. Taking
the conservative approach, we estimate that revenues
will increase to $14.2M.
-Gross margin remains
high, above 80%.Gross profit is estimated to
-Operating expenses will increased moderately. We estimate
operating profit of $0.7M and financial income of $1.9M
If RDWR will have to pay taxes on income in the
amount of $0.4M,we will see $0.12 diluted net income per
share, which id 20% surprise.
We will come tomorrow with our estimates for
We know for sure that unlike FDRY and FFIV, RDWR
feels comfortable with the street expectations.
Analysts consensus for RDWR's Q4 earning are 10 cents. It
means actually no growth compared to Q3. If you are
right about 40% growth,it means almost $15.5M of sales
and 18 cents EPS.
Maybe you are right. We will
know better tomorrow.
Better read carefully lasr research byCredit
Suiss First Boston.
It is very simple. Current
cap is $7B , which is 21 times its current revenues.
Even trading 12times its estimated calendar year 2001
revenues is too high.
Why to invest in a company
which its 2001 P/E is more than 100?
I am not
buying in current price.
Right now stock is trading at$25-$26 range. If
the Compaq deal will generate more sales in 2001,
maybe we can predict $.60 EPS for 2001.
I know it is
too early, but I am trying to guess how analysts are
going to update their estimate.
Trade tomorrow should be interesting. After hour trade shoes $25-$26 range.
If EPS for 2001 will be updated to $.60, by using P/E of FFIV we sould see a price of above $30.
We have to apreciate your estimate. Almost the
same as results released. I am glad that I agreed with
the numbers. I also made nice investments. In coming
days analysts should update their forecast. Looks like
October was also good. I assume growth will continue in
current quarter. With margin profit above 80%, an EPS for
Q4 of $.12 will not be a surprise.
what they are going to do with all the cash Company
has in assests. If not acquiring FFIV maybe a
dividend to miserable share holders might be a good
What do you think will be share price next week?
