Does it matter? Who cares? IMHO we are in the best shape since 2006(but I say that loosely)...let them sell. i dont care...I dont care if the SP drops to .50 (well Id find a way to add if it did)...All I care about is the Davita trial - if Davita implements the OL-pur hdf in every clinic I am a multi-millionaire!

Sorry to say that presentation is meaningless. It was a college project and Ebersohl is a college student. None of that takes away from the enormous potential of the Davita study, this is the finish line - the study could go great and we are all rich or it could go, ehh and we continue on this blind journey.

I hold off any expectations of grandeur until mid-November....at that juncture we'll hopefully learn of a gradual expansion of Davita's use of the ol-pur hdf...once Davita is on board other Dialysis providers will likely join, then the FDA clearance of the DSU and SSU by December...these two major events will probably raise the stk price to the $5-$8 range. Eventually the military award and then relisting. By the time the 10K is released and a net profit for 2014 is announced your looking at $15+. We are in the home stretch.....................I hope.

Not for nothing, but why does everyone put the blame on management???? Management has been outstanding over the last year - surviving a potentially bankrupting recall, getting our machine in Davita, rebranding our commercial business and filing for new fda approvals for our hospital business. This is a hard market to penetrate - obviously.

Awww $krew him....for all we know he is LLL trying to play mind games with us. We have a core of dedicated NEPHERS for better or worse and we know who we are. There are very few internet boards were a group has been posting as long as we. I have been posting on this board since I bought in 2006. Over Eight miserable years...many thoughts of shooting myself, regret, depression and rare elation. G-D please let our time come soon and we all get the return we wished, hoped, dreamed of.

Wasnt that always the endgame? Do you think a venture capitalist wants to own this company forever? I am sure Wexford knows what they want for the company and is holding out for that price...hopefully much more than $8/share. and dont for a second think that getting this product into a Davita cliniic was anything but heroic. We just have to hope that the ol-pur is the real deal and proves its efficacy in the trial, if it does, $15-$20ppps is much more realistic.

I know its hard - I look for clues everyday - but we cannot expect anything to happen until November. They'd be crazy to donate filter because of liability, only huge companies with tons of liability insurance can do that. Im sure Red Cross doesnt do anything that doesnt have political connections. Davita is a miracle, no one else would dare take on the risk of a "trial", but look at Davita - they are risk takers and schemers and they are also crooked - they are still awaiting penalties for following a well designed practice of ripping off medicare. Again think liability/politics/kick-backs/monoploies///its still NEPH against the world - how do you feel the big drug companies with political backers feel about the potential of losing money on ancillary dialysis meds if the MD-Pur actually works like it should - drug companies have back door deals with dialysis providers - hows that going to work if the dialysis provider doesnt need them anymore?

Ill say it again, getting the device into Davita was a miracle - getting Davita to adopt it will be an even bigger one. No one else will play that game...Ive about lost hope on the military, and we must await FDA approval (again) before we can start selling to hospitals(chem aqua) again.

    So we wait....

I was arguing with a co-worker just yesterday - he was saying he's making soo much money on his portfolio and I'm an idiot for putting everything I got into NEPH, I was like, yes most peeps will be happy with a 10% annual ROI, but my goal is 1000% or 2000% cumulative ROI - yes I could lose everything I invested - and almost did - but on the other hand bubbles burst - and that bubble is getting big - therefore I had and still have a much greater chance at making big money by staying in NEPH and not diversifying. Had I just had all my money in a diversified portfolio that last 8 years I sure would have made a nice say 80% cumulative return, but I am hoping/dreaming/praying for the 1000% - 2000%.

On a lovely summer afternoon three old men are sitting on a park bench complaining about the perils of growing old....First 60 year old Sam complains...oy everyday I get up at 6am to sit on the crapper. due to my constipation it takes me two hours before I can start my day.......Not to be outdone, his 70 year old counterpart Freddie exclaims, ha, you think thats a big deal, I get up at 8am to pee, but because of my enlarged prostate it dribbles out drop by drop by drop by drop.......now jumping up (well, sort of) irritated as can be, 80 year old Artie exclaims, you guys think you have problems, everyday at 6am I pee like a racehorse and at 8am I poop like a pig! ..............................Sam and Freddie both mad with jealousy state thats great you are sooo lucky, whats the problem......Artie yells, problem, problem, the problem is I dont wake up until 10!!!!!!!!!!

Dude, this was not your typical change. KPMG bought Rothstein Kass, I would assume NEPH doesnt want to pay higher audit fees. so they went with another firm similar to what RK was, in Withum Smith & Brown. No reason to speculate here.
