they are frauds.
...junk over and over. Really, you should get a life.
Well you should have sold it at $8.18 but you can't pick the top and NOK will be higher than $8 again before too long. What is Lee saying about year end close, still $10?
Well it was a pretty negative call from Bernstein but they are afraid to say go short in so many words as it made them look the fools so recently. They want just enough to scare up some shares for their bosses.
...a greed stock in biotech where everyone is expecting a huge move
....let them steal your shares with bear raids; they did that all last spring. What is the name of that Bernstein analyst and why do they hid it? Is it that Feragui (sp) clown (who had a $2 target while NOK doubled) again or am I thinking of someone else.
I hope it works for you but that truly is pure gambling. Now if you bought Jan 15 calls I think you will make a ton. I was going to sell much of my NOK at above $8 and wait for a market and NOK correction to buy back. Wish I had as it only makes sense that after such a strong fall there would be no Santa rally, but greed got the better of me expecting some good NOK news after MSFT deal vote. NOK will be much higher before too long though.
...so hard to drive NOK down that he was short at a bit over $3? Just put that board fool (todays name is druggy) who keeps changing ids on ignore.
He means that decline from $3.90 at end of Aug. to $7.60 now? Nok is down just 10% while the entire market took a hit recently . Now today is disappointing with market way up and NOK flat but NOK will continue back up soon. That guy from SA, like so many who write for them, knows very little about NOK
...a little end of year profit taking is to be expected for tax reasons, holiday spending, etc. I was close to selling some at $8.15 and wish I had so I could buy it back now. But I think NOK will still see $10 before too long.
And remember that Son owns 33% of Alibaba. When Yahoo sold half of its AG at about 20 cents on the dollar, Son kept all of his and his share may now be worth over $50B so he has lots of money. Hey he could easily buy all of NOK if he wants. He also owns much of Yahoo Japan.
....They could lose NOK business and that of many other companies that will decide not to move/build there.
Well India would get something in ownership of that plant, BUT the plant is worth way less than NOK is already offering and is worth more to NOK/MSFT than to anyone else they could try to sell it to. Net, net India would lose a ton due to NOK pulling out and other companies choosing to do less business in a crooked India climate. India is foolish to have let it have gone this far as they are doing long term damage to their image, but when one is extorting, they never see themselves as going too far.
And it was a major blunder when YHOO was $16 and all but put itself up for sale, that Ballmer did not have the sense to make a fair offer (then $25 would have done the trick despite the idiot Yang and they owned double what they now own of AG)
You are missing the point. The value in YHOO was (43%) / is ( now 23%) the stake in AG. Yes there would also have been many synergies for MSFT in a buyout of YHOO and they (but also other cash rich companies like AAPL who also could have used much of the YHOO core) blew it by not pouncing when they could have (about a two plus year period) and made many billions by taking out YHOO.
...President Obama and then probably another moderate that you idiots will choke on too.
And what a complete fool Ballmer was not to just "steal" YHOO for $25 or so when YHOO was between $14 and $16 for so long, still owned 43% of Alibaba, (now just 23%) and its holders were frustrated and wanted a buy out. Yes Yang was an idiot to not take $33 in 2008 but Ballmer was a bigger fool not to make him pay for that dumb move.
....farmers were upset that land was taken from them (I believe they were paid and offered jobs in new plant) to build the plant. So Tata just left that state and the people there still eat dirt. It may be time for NOK to say we will arbitrate in a fair court what we may own but just close down that factory (obviously take anything of IP value, etc that can be moved) deduct its value from any Indian tax claims, and let MSFT build those phones in Vietnam (or w/ contract man.) They may have to take $200 mil or so less from MSFT but that is what just 5 cents a share and they already have more than that put away as a provision for these tax claims anyway.
