Considering insiders have the ears of the institutions that hold the big. Blocks and hold big blocks themselves what do you expect? A RS is not inherently bad if done for the right reason. Most times a RS is done to maintain a listing versus a proactive move to gain exposure. Look at NBS. It hasn't had a negative effect on them. I don't see one with AMBS being negative especially if it is done around a major announcement.
I haven't had a chance to go through the 8k for specifics.Overall though my impression is that AMBS has set themselves up to deal from strength given that they have funding in place to go it alone for awhile. No need to be desperate and sign on for the lowest deal because they need the money. I like the move.
True colors of people emerge over time bothshallrow. People who are too short termed bias tend to be the most active on these boards. They tend to think that running a business is a simple thing and have no clue about how many decisions are made on a day to day basis. If it is so easy everyone would be doing it. Well that statement is not true so let the professionals work. I trust in GC, his father's advances/discoveries, the pedigree of the various Board Members and Advisors.
Actually that is a sign of strength when the MM;s walk it down on pathetically light volume like today. Always more of a concern when their is conviction in selling and the volume is high. Think about it.
3 Orphan indications which can be fast tracked with MANF. Lympro via CLIA (another fast track). A phase 2b pipeline drug, a whole discovery platform with Phenoguard.....not bad for a $50 Million market cap company. I'll take this over any other emerging biotech that is the same age any day. Heck, I'll take this over most biotechs even if GC uses up the balance of the authorized shares and adjusts for another 500,000,000 (not that he will do that unless the potential is so great with the entire portfolio that AMBS wants to not give away away revenue in the future by going it alone to bring everything to market).
It is the NYSE MKT LLC. Look up their listing standards. I would assume either Standard 2 or 3 depending on what minimum price AMBS wants to be at.
NASDAQ is not an option at this point. The former AMEX is. It is now an NYSE owned exchange and AMBS can meet the listing requirements.
Don't mention the turd whose handle begins with the 26th letter of the alphabet. Don't respond. Don't give thumbs up or down. Just put it on ignore and it will go away. It is an attention whore and like most whores when it isn't being paid it moves to new territory. Just saying.
Old news if you look at the financials. This subject and outfit has been brought up before and I have debunked it here in the past.
By no means am I the smartest when it comes to the science. I am a babe in the woods definitely. However I am a realist when it comes to investing and advice as it was my job many years ago.
Stop your crying and understand that this is a speculative stock. It will have wild gyrations and movements until there is more concrete results. What has fundamentally changed? Nothing. They have some more operating cash, Lympro is on its way and MANF news should be coming forth. They have now announced two ODD areas they are working on and have a talented group of people in key positions on their various Boards and in key positions. Do you think people like that would work with a loser? Avoid the noise. Buy on dips if you believe. IF not, hold what you have and let the plans play out.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
