Yep. Him and Watson cut from the same cloth. Go ahead people, give me a thumbs down. I believe in AMBS based on my own DD and what I see going on, not some mysterious person(s) who hide behind the pretense of science and not really caring what the price does. If you care about science, then why invest a single penny? Doesn't that bias your opinion. I'm here to make money and think in the long run it will happen. Science is a catalyst to that goal but not the goal.
Not on top of the PIPE totals discussed in prior PRs of which I think the total is about $8 Million if all the warrants are exercised in conjunction with the purchase of the debentures. If you were to believe the worry warts there would be an additional $11 Million along with that and that is simply not the case. Plus you have the shares given in consideration of Dominion taking the $1.2 Million in payables.
If you understand how the SEC works and how reporting/process has to occur, not really, but there are lots of know it all types on here who have no clue.
Yes and he confirmed what the S-1 was about. No further dilution as a few of us have been saying versus the fear mongers with cries of dilution:

$AMBS S/1 filing registers the shares from last months PIPE. However, it will take another 2-3 months to unlock the shares for resale,
Scappy, I gave you a thumbs down because it seems the think to do on this pathetic board when you try and bring up something that makes sense even though I agree with you. Thought I would be a man and let you know instead of the cowards that rate because you don't agree with them.
Really? a thumbs down on a post where information is shared about a post that Amarantus made on its FB page. You are all a bunch of azzes.
Don't you believe bigbang and his/her inside knowledge?
Seriously, the S-1 is a non-starter if people are selling on that since it was a procedural filing in order to release the shares to the O/S count to account for recent debentures and warrants that are now out from the offering. We all have to invest according to what we believe. Good luck in your decision.
