    What a good little storm trooper you are... the man is an idiot, an empty suit in way over his head. His accomplishments before being elected as president by all of you low information voters was negligible. A one term senator who accomplished nothing except mesmerizing idiots like you with his speeches... remind you of any others from history? He will go down is history as one of the worst presidents ever, right there with Jimmy Carter. We just hope he does not take the rest of us down with him. Fool !!!

    Excuse me... what part of "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." do you not understand? Do you have at least a high school education? You try but fail always to portray yourself as some kind of intellectual, but everyone can see that you are a loser, unemployed, on welfare living in your mothers basement.

    I saw a prius in the parking lot at the grocery store the other day, it had the obama-biden 2008 sticker on it and also the obama 2012 sticker. There was a middle aged woman putting groceries in the car and I just kind of said to myself... "I didn't think there was anyone stupid enough to vote for that idiot twice".. she looked at me and said "Yes there are, there are lot of us".... and i thought to myself..... that pretty much sums it all up.

    You really need to clear out your "cut" buffer and stop pasting the same #$%$ into every thread on this board, no matter what the topic you "cut and paste" the same #$%$ over, and over, and over again.... try for an original thought on the topic at hand.... oh never mind you a mindless liberal drone regurgitating the talking points ad nauseum.

    You are almost as bad as "lieallday" is, you make accusations as follows.."perhaps because the President was an accomplished insider trader himself,) who surfed porn six hours a day as Goldman Sachs ran the country"... do you have any proof of this, if not I put you in the same category as "liesallday", nothing you say from now on is to be even given a modicum of consideration. And how many hours a day do you think the current occupant of the White House surfs porn as the country is being invaded along the southern border and Europe is under seige by Putin.... think on that one for awhile!!!!!

  • mgl0053 mgl0053 Jul 26, 2014 10:58 AM Flag

    The only cokehead failure boy is the current, short term, occupant of the White House.

    I do not know, nor did I claim to know, what the retention policies are for certain government agencies are. My point was, and still is, that any data that is within the retention policy should be able to be recovered, and simply destroying a laptop does not destroy the data. Have you not told your kids that what they post online will be there forever, so be careful. We were once involved in a litigation and were instructed that all correspondence concerning this issue were to be copied to all lawyers involved and the data was to be archived FOREVER, we adjusted our retention policy and I assume that we should still be able to recover the data. Check this out.... If any Lerner e-mail went to/from the White House it should be recoverable.
    Under the Presidential Records Act (PRA), we are generally required to retain information until the end of the current Administration, at which time it will be transferred to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). NARA may eventually release this material to the public, but will withhold any information that would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy if released. Access to this information may be requested under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) five years after the end of the current Administration.
    NARA or the White House may choose to dispose of information lacking in historical value through procedures under the PRA. The White House currently disposes of certain information under those procedures:
    Server log entries are retained for one year (for example, server logs from June 2011 will be deleted in June 2012);
    Aggregate data on Mobile App use is retained until the end of the current Administration.
    Cookie data linked to individual users will be retained for 13 months;
    Other cookie data will be retained by the White House until the end of the current Administration; and Automatically generated email data will be retained by the White House until the end of t

    The only one looking bad is you. You obviously know nothing about IT. I see you worded you statement carefully. You used the word "data" instead of "e-mail" purposely. Anyone with an IQ above 4 (leaving you out) knows that "data" on a hard drive that has NOT been backed up can be lost. E-mail is a different animal, it does NOT live on your laptop hard drive. Once an e-mail is sent it passes thru a number of e-mail servers and is backed up multiple times on as many servers as it passes thru. Destroying your laptops hard drive does NOT destroy the e-mail. In 25 years in IT I have NEVER not been able to recover an e-mail or for that matter any "data" that was backed up. Even though the laptop was conveniently destroyed just after being subpoenaed it should still be able to be recovered.

    Every democrat in the country has refused to criticize him.... Montana Gov. Steve Bullock said Thursday he had no knowledge that Sen. John Walsh had plagiarized his master's thesis when he appointed the former lieutenant governor to the Senate in February, and that he continues to support the Democrat's candidacy in 2014.

    Bullock joined state and national Democrats with a statement supporting Walsh, whose apparent plagiarism was first reported Wednesday by The New York Times.
    Also check out your liberal religious leaders at MSNBC supporting this lying piece of snit....

    Congress decides when it is in recess... did you not understand the Supreme Court ruling? You can read can you not?????

  • mgl0053 mgl0053 Jul 24, 2014 8:25 PM Flag

    Right.... In Furman v. Georgia, 408 U.S. 238 (1972), Justice Brennan wrote, "There are, then, four principles by which we may determine whether a particular punishment is 'cruel and unusual'."

    The "essential predicate" is "that a punishment must not by its severity be degrading to human dignity," especially torture.
    "A severe punishment that is obviously inflicted in wholly arbitrary fashion."
    "A severe punishment that is clearly and totally rejected throughout society."
    "A severe punishment that is patently unnecessary."

    Going to sleep and snoring and snorting for a while does not even come close to fulfilling even one of these criteria. And as for your accusation, you mean all Liberals and democrats wiss on the Constitution whenever it displeases them. The only ones standing up for the Constitution are conservatives, you are a fool and a tool and a shill!!!!
