Isn't that what he meant by dual strategy? Either buyout or partnership?
Other than the stock is under-the-radar with low institutional holdings, you are not missing anything. This is a screaming buy at these levels.
that 3400 was the open interest before today's transactions. 7k plus 7.50 CALLS bought/sold today. The open interest for June 7.50 CALL will be updated to 10K plus tomorrow.
That's what happening. These MMs creating this false down drift to steal your shares. I will continue to accumulate in the meantime. These VC's didn't buy at a much higher price just to lose money.
As a matter of fact, I know this company from back then. Just surprised that it is back in the limelight again. Are you the biggest pumper in this board that attacks everyone with a different view?
It was my mistake that I gave you too much credit by calling you "da man" because you correctly predicted the upward move in share price after the drop. But after reading through you all your drivel, I realize that you're nothing but a mindless pumper. The real credit goes to Sidney, da_mining, etc, and not you. They're the one who seems to know what they've invested in. You, perhaps, just got lucky riding in their coat tails.
Who will it be? Takeda, Kyowa, Daiichi?
Well, on the same token, a small signal seen in a smaller cohort size tends to get magnified or exaggerated. No wonder we often see a lot of trials that are successful in P2, only to fail in the confirmatory P3 trial with larger cohorts. Not trying to bash, just playing the devil's advocate.
I first become interested in this issue since the first spike to 6. Watched it fell down to mid 3s then it went back up to as high as 13s. Didn't take a position until after REACH2HD readout. Got in at $9.50 and watched it fell down to high 7s almost immediately, albeit short-lived. I kept my holdings but I wrote some March Call against some of it during this recent run up as a hedge. So, you can say my faith in PRAN is not well-founded yet.
From what I understand from his piece, the IMAGINE trial is not even sufficiently powered to show a stat sig efficacy signal in terms of cognitive benefit. If that's the case, then what are we getting excited about?
The problem i have is that some of the giants have vested interest in PRAN's success therefore they are naturally biased towards PBT2. Seems like this Kline guy is at least balanced in his assessment. I will remain long but will not be betting the farm on this one for sure.
Sorry for your loss on ANX. Culley says thanks for your patronage back then.
