Well here we are and no washout. The end of the world is not coming for RNF. $10? Possible but not probable. Buy a little here.
$16. $12 is too low. The dividend payout would be 9%. This company goes up and down like the growing season and with farm. Farmers (generally) are doing just fine, thank you ma'am.
The problem with investors like you is you blame the CEO for market forces. It is like blaming Obama for the price of gasoline. The executives were NOT fired for low share price. believe it or not that is the least of their worries. Walmart is doing fine, thank you. BlackBerry was overwhelmed by Apple, LG and Google. The fertilizer business is cyclical. Duh. How many other fertilizer companies are tearing it up? None. Buy low, sell high. That is your lesson for the day.
Iowa farmers sucking off the ethanol crop mandate will and can sell their corn. really no change. The world gobbles up corn products. Mexican tortillas are made with American corn.
Farmers HAVE to use fertilizer. Look at this way: Fertilizer is dope for the soil and there is no way farmers in the USA will kick the habit. Farmers have an addiction to fertilizer. if they don;t use it they will have less crop yield. This is a no brainer. Come May watch where ALL the fertilizer companies are at. BUY here when it is below a 52 week average.
This is not a terrible stock, this is a terrible market for what they sell. What other companies in their business are tearing it up? You obviously are a novice to market forces. You are myopic and a knee-jerk reactionary. Your solution to problems are kill the management. Remember this, things go up and down. That is all you have to remember. Up and down. Low and high.
I assume then mister know-it-all you are going to short this puppy. I mean, since you are so smart you need to get rich on the stupidity of others. You need to take advantage of the pump and dumpers because they are not as smart as you are apparently. Keep us posted here on your rise to fortune.
First of all the PPS is down due mainly to the price of product, NOT how bad the management is. AND they just reported that the company is doing just fine, thank you.
Look at pro sports teams who blame the coach and have manager after manager after manager. Firing the manager or coach is just a quick and not usually good move. This company is not the Cubs. You can change the management by voting them out. P t your name up for CEO next meeting.
Historically I'd say a screaming buy at $16.50. The PPS is now a 52 week low. Maybe nibble here. This company and the industry are dependent upon market factors for the most part. Sure management can screw it up, but the lows for all the industry are market forces. Short sided you sell, long view you buy. Folks are not going to stop buying their product. Luck to all. I am long RNF and UAN.
Sure you can bash this company for short term problems. The Fertilizer business is not a hard model and business to figure out. Farmers will always use fertilizer. I say there is nothing inherently wrong with the business nor the company. Investors who call for the head of the CEO because the PPS is down are just not wise investors. What are you going to do just keep firing CEO's if the PPS doesn't rise. Please know the difference for startegic change and just change for change sake. Buy.
Ps Ben has been right. CLEARLY he has been right. We did it your way it would have beenunemployment 30% no auto business and all the banks would have failed. You live in a world of Fox and Rush,
health care is not a tax nor a disaster. You conservatives just cannot accept reality. if it is not "science is liberal conspiracy" to any second now we go into hyper inflation---which you have been saying that for 6 years. The Affordable Health Care act is the right thing to do for the country. It is the law. Get use to it. You need to worry about 2016 when you lose the WH and the House. Can you say Madam president in 2016?
The banks have not sold their bad loans, they have held them and NOT foreclosed on house they own. I was in the EU for 11 months and there are NO cheap properties for sale. real estate is still inflated and absurd. Only the strong Euro keeps the EU from the wolfs. Tourism has also saved the EU countries.
