There is no credible foreseeable upside to this stock, company or country (Brazil.) Let's see how bad they can do when the World Cup comes there in app 100 days. If their football team fails early I predict a national malaise---maybe riots. Under $10 is a start to nibble.
Buy low, sell high. The whiners bought high and now cry manipulation. The farmers in the USA have to use fertilizers. You can pay me now or pay me later. Opportunity usually comes wrapped in misfortune. This is an opportunity.Seize it.
I own FRO. The tea party is just a bunch old angry white people. Racist? No, they just don;t like them there "colored people." What's ahead? Can you say Madam President in 2016? FRO wil lbe sold in 3 years if they don;t do something
They have money in the bank, they have nice margins, They can service their debt, they have a reasonable EPS, shares are worth $8 and the stock sells for $9. The company is doing OK, not great, but not the end of the world. I'm a buyer here soon.
Maybe in 100 days when the World Cup rolls into town and the Brazilians are not ready. The Olympics looks like a train wreck in two years.
Wait a minute. This stock trades 1100 shares and it goes up 20%. If you bought 250 shares a day, you could create a upward trend, some rookie sees this and buys 10,000, and then you dump you shares for a tidy profit.
Not enough blood in the streets for me to buy. But the Brazilian government is working (or not) overtime to make it happen. Under a 52 week low WITH high volume is a buy sign. We'll get there I am sure.
So far PBR and all concerned with the company are slowly slipping into the abyss. I really doubt the government nor management are capable making a decision that is positive for the shareholders. Prove me wrong life. This is a company with so much potential and so much failure. I would nibble under $10 a share
After the offer is closed it will take awhileIt is hard to tell. There is a process they have to go through collecting and such.
