  • The fact they are hanging their hopes on is women's line? Nothing in the local Walmart (went in today to check it out). Hoby is taking his time here. His honeymoon period is over (over a year on the job now). First quarter loss. Next post when it is getting ready to break into the 6's (probably mid May). TRMR is building up and ready to Pop. In the next couple of weeks.

  • It should drift back into the 8's and settle in there until earnings in May. TRMR is a good entry point as it got spanked end of last week.

Ben, TRMR has 2 bucks a share cash and is thinly traded. I like the fact that it is faction able for the big social media and search companies etc to be buying up media and ad companies etc, at stupid silly valuations. This one has a shot at someone throwing a billion or two at it. You never know!!! Limited downside potential.

Looks like the funds added today for quarter end. Still way too rich to buy in. You guys should look at TRMR which has the makings for the same set up as SKUzl did from its low of 4.8....

Wow, since I sold out, I haven't been paying attention to the details as much. Just looked at the Short interest numbers. They ballooned recently. They got it painfully right before.

This stock is getting very high risk...

As I predicted previously it would by month end. Monday is going to be interesting. Month and Quarter end. Let's see if any funds dump shares and run for the hills after all the hype from the EC. I'm not going to make any predictions how Monday will go, we will see.

I will predict that at some point prior to the May EC that you will be able to buy this stock in the 7's. 7.50 is my new target price to start accumulating again. I'll buy all the way down to 6.50 which is where SKUL will be at some point before March 2015's EC which will be where the rubber hits the road for Hoby and his turn around (Q4 earnings the big Holiday Boom or Bust)..

I believe this stock will be in the teens a year from now. Plenty of time to watch it pull back. Think about it, if Alden and Warnock knew there was going yo be a monster surprise In May (knowing how the 1st quarter was going) they would have held out for a couple of months regardless of their "need" for funds. They saw the door swing open to sell some shares in the 9 dollar range and ran with it.

It will rebound, but not until minimum later part of the year.

Take this opportunity to lock in gains if you bought in the 5-6 range and wait until it pulls back to buy again.

Note: Though positive, the author stated the price of the stock is inflated and he will wait for a pull back to buy in.

No doubt in my mind that Andrus will take a slice of profits next. He has 1.8 million shares between his trust and direct holdings. I would guess (just a dart at the board guess) he dumped or will dump about 600,000 shares. 1/3rd of his holdings. I'll post if get notified of any SEC filings as usual.

Why Alden and Warnock Sold off

It's 45 days not 60 (as if that matters). We will see March 31st holding numbers on or around May 15th.

In conjunction with the founder selling a large stake and a "administrative error" allowing the release of 600,000 shares as options at 5.00 a share.

Ps. There is only one Lord.

I don't think my postings can sway anyone into selling. I was (and am) a big fan of SKUL. Just getting 10 bucks a share (after holding since just after IPO) was a nice out. I am not (and never have) pulled an OP with moon phase predictions and Chinese sweat shop talk garbage. Just stating that the founder and the major BOD share holder have dumped shares. Right before a turn around. Kinda scary...

I get SEC alerts (via Skullcandy investor relations) and course they are posted on the Nasdeq web site under insider holdings (usually takes a day or 2 to hit the site). I'm not drinking OP's Koolaid (but that is hilarious!).

Problem here is that there was a frenzy of buying after Hoby laid out his well rehearsed speech . I actually think the company will be fine and grow some. However, watching Alden and now Warnock dump a large portion of their holdings... Well, it doesn't show much faith in a turn around (at least short term). I may buy back in, but not at nearly 10 bucks a share with a (Hoby) forecasted minimum 10 cents loss Q1 and sales in the 30 million range. He also hammered home that margins are on the down slide (again, same old story since the Andrus days). So they need a huge revenue increase to get earnings growing again. Anyways... The Warnock dumping yesterday (and he was the only one who held his shares in the past) isn't good.

  • michaelsistowicz by michaelsistowicz Mar 18, 2014 7:43 PM Flag

He just unloaded half his shares today. Seems like a trend. Alden, Warnock... Bet you that Andrus will be the next announcement.

Lot of faith in the turn around...

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

    The solution is dilution ...

Add this to Alden's 14,000,000 sale and 300,000 way to go Rick bonu and giving every employee some shares. Obviously not interested in giving Retail shareholders some equity return. Id be PO'd if I owned shares right now.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

    A 3% dilution...

Due to an administrative error, the Original Registration Statement reported that the Compensation Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors approved a grant to Mr. Darling of 310,679 RSUs and an option to purchase 150,943 shares of Company common stock on May 8, 2013, with an aggregate value of $2,000,000 comprised of approximately $1,600,000 in value of RSUs and $400,000 of options. The actual grant approved by the Compensation Committee and contemplated by Mr. Darling’s employment letter had an aggregate value of $2,000,000, but was comprised of approximately $400,000 in value of RSUs and 1,600,000 in value of options. Therefore, Mr. Darling’s actual grant consisted of 77,669 RSUs, measured based on the closing stock price of the Common Stock on NASDAQ on May 8, 2013, and an option to purchase 603,773 shares of Common Stock, measured based on a Black-Scholes value of such options on May 8, 2013.

Take a look at insider trading history since IPO. They have (without fail) traded out with perfect timing.

Alden's nearly 1.5 million shares (a new record) in the low 9's, if nothing else, should make you itch to pull the trigger and sell here in the mid 9's.

Insiders ALWAYS know when to trade OUT and when to buy. ALWAYS!

I'm not in this stock anymore (having been burned once long ago). I listened to the CEO pump the stock in the 12-17 range as Andrus, Kearl, and Alden had the peddle to the metal selling. I held and just recently was able to get out with a moderate loss.

Buy time (if there is turn around) Is in the 7's.... IMHO
