Don't forget the Chairman from 2010 resigned September 30th to go back to his hedge fund that was investing in this company. After 4 years he leaves tells you he doesn't see money coming their way so "let's not waste any more time." And, the CEO resigned first week of January of this year.
And, 4 insiders sold at $2.48/share just in April........The pump is over for now and back down to $2 in just a couple of weeks.

This is the only way he knows how to make money: to sell more shares after pumping and dumping PR news that has no meaning ("We WILL integrate our systems to work with Apple Pay" Well of course, everyone will do that).
He really cannot create or hire technical staff to create anything. Remember, his background is selling cell phones when it just came on the market and was booming. THINK ABOUT THIS: He has almost doubled the amount of shares since June (when the stock was at 98 cents). So, this stock has to return to just about 50 cents to be of the same value.
For the DISPOSABLE PROTECTIVE APPAREL is $3.5 million and INFECTION CONTROL is $1.2 million or $4.7 million in total for two divisions. But 20% of that is sold to medical uses or just 940,000 in sales. They said there has be no discernable increase in sales to medical businesses.

Now we know. Because they cut a deal to sell the shares at $2.80 as the line in the sand so the broker/dealer, the book runner of the stock did what they could to keep the shares up followed by a repeated PR pump and dump at 7 a.m. to unload first thing in the morning. SEC should really band this type of thing.
The pumpers really conned lots of people to bid this up from $2 range to over $10...What a con.
