    Good point.
Just $45 Billion for Tesla gives their Shareholders a 50% premium and Apple some powerful auto-tech talent.

Nice to have the type of cash hoard that Apple has to even consider such options.

financial analysts and media will be declaring how obvious the opportunity in Apple is.
But there's so much risk today to take a step toward this unknown brand with no new ideas and declining market share and a steep 10x PE.
If they had a strong balance sheet and a little cash available or maybe a dividend return; you could feel secure then.
Otherwise why take a risk on this little company that really thinks it could grow in China?
Who has an interest in trying to expand in China? Certainly no real investor could have an interest in such dated thinking. "didi"

the supply chain that Apple should now be getting their chips from Intel?
May be some efficiency in that. They may be able to keep pace with the volume.
Perhaps they'll respect confidentiality unlike some of the loose lips suppliers in Taiwan.

company that actually serves coffee in China that claims to be growing there.
Really? It's an American brand and Chinese have an interest it that? Coffee, really? And they're claiming growth??
Next thing they'll want is ride sharing and iPhones.
Might even pay for both their coffee and their rides using ApplePay.
I don't know, a Billion People could be wrong.
They'll need to develop some brand recognition first before their advertising campaign will ever pay off.

Company in China that connected with UnionPay; something called "ApplePay."
    Heard of it?
A billion or so consumers in China mentioned it to me as they got out of their "didi" rides there yesterday.

Some guy in Omaha thinks there could be a future in this.
But he tends to think small; he bought a furniture store in Omaha once; wow!
Would you let him manage your money??

There can't be more than a billion rides to share in China daily.
Some people there are talking about this brand called "Apple."
And their Roadrunner sounds like "didi"

Ever heard of this funny brand?
Some guy in Omaha told me about it.

    Load up the truck again!
I discovered this total service company that people will use everyday with some brand recognition called "Apple!"
They have ambitions to market in China, but tough to get a foothold there.
And people don't pay premium prices for name brands there.

Maybe once they actually have a revenue stream and some cash in the bank; I could be interested then.

Some guy who once invested in a furniture store in Omaha thinks it's a good idea; but he's old and certainly foolish about technology. He says he'll be one guy to pay $1 for 50 cents of cash and some potential that this "Apple" idea might work.

  • Target $150:
“Our survey research concludes that iOS platform churn is only about 12% annually, suggesting fewer competitive pressures, higher pricing power, more predictable revenue streams, and a halo effect that drives sister-device sales and higher ancillary revenue than AAPL’s current share price implies.”

Source Capital Market Laboratories: (ref below is to Just 1 of their cylinders:
Apple’s iPhone and iPad combined to account for 65% of the mobile pay market and last quarter Tim Cook revealed that Apple Pay saw a 10-fold increase. Yes, 1,000% growth. By 2022 bank of America predicts Mobile Pay will realize $3 trillion in transactions.

But Apple’s move last week was one of the largest disruptions in a breaking technology we have ever seen. To keep it short and sweet, Apple Pay will soon be available on e-commerce sites, as well as desktops and laptops by simply touching our finger to the monitor. We’re looking at a potential $200 billion business in terms of market cap addition to Apple from this area, alone.

    Options Peg = $106
They took a shot at $105.50 but already threw in the towel.

It'll trade just higher than $106 today and close within a nickel of $106.
The only potential surprise is if the money anxious to get into Apple comes in a bit stronger even on a quiet holiday trading day.

    Happy Easter!
