inrealtime...Right on.. and don't think they don't have a secondary in mind when sales are going to be flat next quarter. If they can't dump this company..be prepared for the dead man's shuffle. It's not pretty

The milestone they will achieve a year from now will be 80 percent of the current market cap. Might take them 18 months but regardless almost a given. This song and dance from 7.90 to 8.05 should be happening in the 9 s and 10 s. No faith or benefit of doubt is left for arena just numbers.

Also a ton more in last October and December. They sell shares plenty

It's garbage and it's highly frowned upon. Timing is terrible. He should be the black sheep in the office for some time. But, he didn't do anything illegal and it's his right to sell his unrestricted stock when he wants. If he gets reprimanded in anyway he could sue the company big time. Worst of all he sets presidents for others in the company, being a high level employee. If he was my boss I would see him as greedy and not for the team.

Not bad. Who doesn't need 670,000 dollars on a Tuesday? All that needs to be said in regards to officers selling shares is that it was an automatic yearly sale that corresponds to salary. But again they don't say anything and it's not the only officer to sell a bunch of shares last 52weeks. Maybe if HFs needs shares for PPS to rise they could eat some of his up.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
811 will be amazing for the company in the future. IMO I also think that since B was approved without REMS rather easily (the second time) by the FDA they have a lot more confidence in approval of their pipeline given it's the same-safe technology.

You are absolutely right. During the BOA conference they stated exactly what you mentioned with respect to educating the physicians and overall awareness of the drug.

Arena did complete makeover of the website and it has improved dramatically.
They are the only likely Pharma to buyout Arena. With that said, their NOL's shouldn't have anything to do with a takeover by Eisai. The majority of Arena's income for the first 2 years will be coming from the pockets of Eisai from sales and milestones. IMO, if Eisai has a master plan of a merger or takeover they wouldn't want their market cap to grow through those avenues and an 8k should be coming this year before the projection of hitting the billion dollar level. (If it's in the cards)
With combo treatments of Belviq and the rest of the pipeline they are going to be rolling. New combo drugs take half the time to get to shelves then new chemical entities and no DEA.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Eisai really has their hands full. Many more studies need to be done for all those indications. Thank you for your responses. Maybe Eisai could get some help through other BP.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
My question is are all the B combos exclusive to Eisai or will other BP have a chance to buy in?
Vadar. Your posts seem so exciting and positive. I just wish I knew what it met or how to compare it to another company's situation. But great DG.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
My assumption, now that this is confirmed, is they would most likely use this revenue stream as a break even for production costs for B and overhead. It's better then it just sitting there. A good move for Arena I wonder how long they have been doing this.
Of course.. I wasn't aware of that revenue stream and it's not based in any price models. Interesting.
