The fact that this is "old, old news" is completely irrelevant. The article was published in 2010 when the stock traded north of $10.00 (after having fallen from $20+). Since the expose, the stock has fallen to where it sits now. The point of the article focuses on the way management operates, which appeared to be "smoke and mirrors" (the SK debacle and Snow's pie-in-the-sky report associated with JT's HUSA's venture subsequent to his two prior co's which ended in BK) as opposed to simple, hard-nosed wild catting (ala the likes of CWEI). That article, even if a fraction is true, is reason for grave concern, imo. Good luck with your investment here. Maybe JT has changed with respect to how he operates.
