Funny they just re-plied today to my email .. just the weekend after re-balancing the whole fund (which was supposed to happen only every quarter!, this fund is just 2 months old!), of course by now they dumped TLN (and AAPL which makes no sense at all!) and then stated in the email the fund didn't hold TLN LOL!... I'm just guessing if from now on every time they get challenged they'll just come by re-balancing the whole fund LOL!... I'm going to stay away from this, fees are going to be to the roof if that's how they are going to manage. The only one making any money will be their broker!
Looking at the full list of holdings that can be downloaded fro, OShares website I'm finding they have a position on TLN which is totally outside of the prospectus guidelines. I know is a minimal position of only 220 shares worth about $2,800+ as of today's price but still is not what you are supposed to hold based on what investors expect. What if they begin growing that position and it becomes something important or begin adding more holdings like this one? Something smells here and is not good LOL! Who's monitoring this ETF?
