Might want to be careful where he's shining that investigative "light" ... there are skeletons in his closet, too!
Pete better save some of that cash being spent on legal fees for more share purchases and stock buybacks! He's pulling ALL stops, and the share price is under $7! Hmmm ... who'd a thunk it?
"Me thinks thou doth protest too much"?
But, we NEED to break thru that high six range ... finally, or it's just another wash, rinse, repeat for the short bashturds!! CEO debacle was all they needed, but the tide is turning fundamentally with the company, so I'm hoping this will be the time we climb back towards the actual price targets in place. GLTA
House and Senate are quite a ways apart on amount to fund. A little over 1B from the Senate and $680M+ from the House. We'll see what gets hammered out.
Hey daisyduke ... obviously, you aren't trying to tell us how smart YOU are because your run-on sentence (or rant) is full of grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors! But, I guess if you bash and are short OSIR at this point, you're (not "your") the SMART one? Guffaw!!!
Don't worry your pretty little head about it ... no need to post 24/7, 7 days a week, 365 days a year about all of your concerns. They WILL get it done ... carry on!
And, you can see how "concerned" the market is with today's filing. Yawn ... so how are shorts going to find shares when volume is miniscule? They had their chance, and my guess is are slowly exiting this overblown "event" ...
;-) Cambridge! Got my last shares this a.m. at $3.98 ... reluctantly paid "up", but in hindsight, looks good! We're not out of the woods yet ... but it sure feels nice to be on the north side of $4!
On the contrary, THIS is not the business world ... more like "Bizarro Land" with you and yours lurking like jackals and vultures!
Today's news was great and more proof of efficacy and concept. But, billions of $$ are going OUT of the market. Largest exodus since 2011, so it's risk-off. To me, that means we will have to be patient at these levels and hold for the long run. I intend to add on any dips from here on out. GLTA
That's what we've been saying ... no reason to be any lower due to no revenue guidance. They keep delivering results. "If you build it, they will come"!!
It doesn't matter how long they've been focusing in the past ... it is what they are CURRENTLY presenting and producing. Whether or not they are profitable at this point is irrelevant in the biotech world. Many companies are at risk of always having to raise money, have no approved products and have a high risk of failure. We have none of the above and, yet, are valued as though we do. Sub $200M market cap at this stage of the game for OSIR is a joke!!
Looks like the "real world" doesn't much care for Pete's acts of desperation, either. Open market buy and a letter? Not much bang for the buck!
That and the overall market ...
