You're doing such a great job of carrying the conversation ... keep it up!
In this market environment, it didn't need much reason to sell off. So what? Nothing has changed ... check back in a couple of quarters!
Still buyers on the dips. Recent ownership statement is supportive. Closest thing to a "sure thing" in biotech right now. FWIW Market is ugly, though!
300K in volume is hardly walking it down ... another week before the CC? I'm looking for some sign to wade back in. Not seeing it yet, with overall markets being so jittery. There is time, I think? Sorry guys!! It's a mess right now.
Preaching to an empty choir box! This is, and has been, the deadest message board I've EVER encountered. Followed the Baker Boys with this one, but it's been a sleepy ride ... 7 to 14 and back again!!
Oh, you mean after banks complied with all of the Dem and Clinton agendas of the 90's? Does the "Community Reinvestment Act" ring a bell? EVERYONE deserves to own a home ... no job? No worries ... we've got stated income loans! Yup, THAT was a good idea!!
So, how is it that it is holding above $17 with the market in freefall?
Tick tock ... you losers will soon be gone as quickly as you appeared! Good riddance! Better keep an eye on your own house~
Let me guess ... you covered at $17.08?
I trade during the day, as well, but don't feel the need to post ONLY my "winners". It smacks of b.s. when you do that. Frankly, I think you are compensating for "something"? ;-)
Next time why don't you post your trade when it happens, not in "tradingprobroker" fantasy time?
CEMP ... earnings out of the way and early NDA completion(s) ... buyout target, as well. Bogus beatdown on some very minor site irritation news a couple of months back. It's a buy anywhere under $20. JMHO
Or ... don't "cover" on the "sugar high non news"? You choose!!
And, you are to be a trusted TROV investor because your i.d was created 4/25 with 2 posts? Before you call out posters here and their motivations, you might want to establish some of your own credibility. No, as a longer term holder here, I and I think many others, assumed when Schuh went and we bounced off that level that Matt would be considered for the position. Many felt TROV still was in good hands. When the unexpected happened and Matt tendered his resignation, analysts and many here reevaluated things. Let's see what the CC sounds like before passing judgment, shall we?
At the end of March, Celator Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:CPXX) raised $40.6 million in capital through a public offering of 4.60 million shares of common stock, which include 600,000 greenshoe options, at a public offering price of $9.50 per share. The capital will be used to fund regulatory, manufacturing, commercial and clinical activities related to the aforementioned highly-promising drug candidate. Some analysts believe the company may represent a possible acquisition target, considering that VYXEOS’s faces no competition at this point in time and may serve as a worthy addition to some giant companies’ product portfolios. Hal Mintz’s Sabby Capital acquired a new stake of 337,462 shares of Celator Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:CPXX) during the December quarter.
"statement of investors"? How about we wait and see if institutional ownership has fallen. With so much insider ownership, there's very little left over for other "investors". Throw in the large short contingent and things may not actually be as they seem. Check the volume ... first clue!
