Which one is true quadruple - or double?
"SAND could quickly quadruple - about To Double!!"
Pimping StockMarketVideo is stupid. "You can become a member on a monthly basis ($59.99 per month), semi-annually basis ($299.95), and yearly basis ($539.95)."
The good news is that Yahoo disabled direct access to this message board.

Last time you said it will quadruple.
    Is it a downgrade?

I know that even you do not read what you post.

  • After Sandstorm Gold Ltd.’s (TSX:SSL)$56.8 million acquisition of IAMGOLD Corp.’s diamond royalty stream from the Diavik diamond mine, announced yesterday, analysts at CIBC see the deal as accretive for Sandstorm. After factoring in the acquisition, Sandstorm has roughly $40 million in cash and $100 million available under its revolving credit facility,” they say. “Considering recent management commentary, we expect the company to remain active of the acquisition front.” They add “ the Diavik mine royalty acquisition provides Sandstorm immediate exposure to a stable cash flowing asset, in a safe jurisdiction, run by a world-class operator in Rio Tinto, and improves the company’s attributable gold production profile with the top-end of 2015 guidance representing a 12% Y/Y growth (previously a decrease of 2%).”

  • Iamgold Corp. has signed a deal to sell the company’s Diavik Diamond royalty stream to Sandstorm Gold Ltd. for US$56.8-million.
Under the deal, Sandstorm has agreed to pay US$52.5-million in cash on closing and three million warrants exercisable after for up to five years after initial production from the Diavik Diamond Mine’s A21 pipe, at an exercise price of $4.50.
Sandstorm said the deal with Iamgold will add US$7-million to US$8-million per year in cash flow to its portfolio.

ROLODEX boys are running house of cards type business.

Consolidation of CCPR and JVB: we reduced our workforce by approximately 20% by eliminating certain redundant and non-core business lines.
Sale of Star Asia and Other Related Entities: we received an initial upfront payment of $20,043 and we will receive contingent payments equal to 15% of certain revenues generated by Star Asia Manager, SAA Manager, SAP GP, Star Asia Capital Management, and certain affiliated entities for a period of at least four years.
Sale of European Operations to Daniel G. Cohen: the purchase price of $8,700 consists of an upfront payment of $4,750 (subject to adjustment) and $3,950 to be paid over four years.

    How soon will they fold?

They put in a dollar and collect ten dollars from investors. Then they sell more shares and bonds.
They cook up "subsidiaries" and sell more shares and bonds.
Their business model is a so-called Greek financial engineering.
"We are positive on the fact that management maintains significant relationships throughout the industry, particularly with banks, that allow it to see distressed deals earlier than many of its competitors. Furthermore, the company has proven access to multiple forms of capital and has demonstrated an ability to think creatively with a willingness to move quickly to seize on opportunities."

Long time ago there was a company BULK which is called now NM.
Over the course of time NM created countless number of entities.
NNA is nothing but yet another product of NM aka Greek financial engineering industry.
Historically speaking, the Greeks always make money on ships, not on operations.
They throw in dividends to keep the share price afloat. Then they sell more shares and borrow more money, and buy more and more ships.

    Let's get down to specifics:

Conference call - there was nothing to say, so they stalled.
Share buy back - they buy when they see what we do not. For instance, when a specific broker is ready.
Put this company in more competent hands? Over her dead body.
