Oh well, lets just write this off as the worst investment decision ever. They probably will go BK, can't afford new facility, salaries, who knows.... Looks like we poor fools will be the last to know.
I am still tempted to throw the dice on some shares down here, but my tenacity here has not exactly paid off so far.
I'm afraid its too late, they steered us right into the abyss. This thing is cooked, no one in their right mind will ever have faith in this management. Restoring credibility is impossible at this point.
Careful what you wish for Easy! Are you adding ARYC or ADXS today? I am out of ADXS, decided not to buy today. Getting tired of this biotech action...
Still planning to visit ARYC next week? Ask them when is Dinner, maybe we should pick up the tab for a few pizza's.
Its no wonder no progress has been made here, constant battles and shell game antics taking all of their time. Pitiful...
I agree. While I am fed up with bad business decisions along the way, I still see potential here provided they can stay away from these vultures. My purchase today is based on what I think will be the outcome of this most recent lawsuit.
While I admit I am frustrated, I remain patient and will wait another 6 yrs if I have to.
I will ride this to zero or 1.00+. No way am I selling into the games these shysters are playing.
Small position, and I'm actually having fun seeing this all unfold.
...."contract to develop food safety testing technology with the US Department of Agriculture is in jeopardy based on the actions of one of the plaintiffs in the case"
And the FDA will not move forward if said plaintiff remains involved. Sounds like he really embarrassed ARYC, as well as himself. Just have to laugh, careful who you bring to these meetings!
We have yet to hear both sides, has either side lived up to their bargain?
We shall see...
Huge risk for sure, hence my small position here. All in good fun, on the edge of my seat...
I sold nearly all shares last year. I have been adding to remaining position, but still under 100K shares. Cost basis around .04 now. I think I need to put down the shovel for a while...
Wow, now that was ugly...
I did add a little bit under .22. I hate all losses, but fortunately this won't move the needle too much even if it goes to zero. I'm staying.
You want to know something really funny? this was the first individual stock I ever bought! Should have just stuck to the funds apparently....
Thank gawd I can't buy stuff like this in my 401K.
We are successfully being destroyed, for now...
Best of luck to my long timer friends here. I am foolishly digging my heals in here, even fueling the fire on this rapid decline into hlel....
Me too, sometimes I don't think I'm cut out for this kind of speculation, especially under current circumstances here. I'm having another wild ride as well, fortunately tilted in the other direction for now...
Staggering amount of shares being dumped here, I'm afraid to learn who/why. Seems we will be the last to know...
I'm not sure if I will pour any more fuel on this fire.
Oh well, cheers to boring stocks and traditional diversification!
Obviously we have more then the 4mil shares being liquidated from one of the paycheck loan companies. I bet they will run it up again before the next massive dump. It would be easy enough for them to do.
I agreed with many of your points until "I highly doubt RMH energy is a "healthy alternative" to Monster and Redbull. Hemp does not give you energy. There are chemicals in RMH whether you believe it or not"
The energy part comes from Ginsing, not caffeine, fructose and what ever else.
Compare ingredients on some of these drinks sometime.
And your take on AMZN reviews is mostly BS, most people are rating positively simply because it tastes good, but yes I will agree there are some stock holders in there.
Look at the poor reviews, only 1 or so verified purchaser whereas nearly all positive reviews are by those who have actually purchased it.
I agree this is not the next Redbull or Monster. It is a niche product, but with huge growth opportunity still. This just got started and there is no disputing the initial success they are having.
I have listened to this radio show, it is listened to by investors/traders, whatever age they may be. There is no FM equivelent.
I agree it will not move the needle much, but being on this AM radio show is not a bad thing.
Its more of a stock discussion then an advertisement. Has anyone here ever listened to this
Wow, should not have checked in here today, .014? This is really ugly, even by ARYC standards. Will we ever move that decimal point to the right?
I see there is only a couple of us suckers left, msg boards are dead as the stock apparently heading to zero.
RIP, we tried...
Wish our patience and confidence would have paid off, but it looks like game over here.
I was asleep at the wheel, this massive dilution took me by surprise. I thought at first that the collapse had everything to do with pending litigation, and 'someone' trying to go for broke in an attempt to destroy the stock/company.
I was naïve enough to believe the Schena's were always the victim, I believed they were the ones being wronged time after time with these bad financing deals. Now I know differently, we have been repeatedly lied to and cheated out of our entire investments by the ARYC clan. It ended up being a scam after all (although I do not believe it started out that way).
Patents will expire and company will go BK. A buyout is still possible, but if what they have is so promising, where were the offers over the past 6 yrs (same question we have all asked at one time or another)?
The Schena's will never be able to regain credibility after the disastrous past 6yrs. I do not believe they will be able to afford the new facility for much longer, The end is probably closer then we think.
I am keeping my shares since they are virtually worthless now (I did double down under .01). In the off chance we find some strength here, it will be sold into hard! This will never see 1.00, or even .10, maybe even .01? .001 is more likely now.
We tried folks, best of luck to you all (long and short).
You can't trust anything they claim. The filings speak for themselves and are all that matters now.
None of what they claim can happen since they are now beyond broke. Talk is cheap.
