Yea, but it is real. A nice buying OP IMO, if I had settled funds I might make a move right here.
I still have a few shares here that are underwater, plenty of time though and not worried at all. I'll be adding next week I hope.
Well, it is what it is. I still like this co and still have a few (now underwater) shares in another acct that I do not trade.
I went pretty big on this earnings gamble and lost, fortunately got out 60.5x. Longer term I'm sure I will regret selling, this company has a lot going for it and an unjustified low valuation.
No I do not want the world to end, No I do not have a gloomy outlook on world economy.
Just a small hedge position , and I took some SPY off the table for the Summer.
See you in 4-8 weeks!
And Phisher, your juvenile BS waste of life dialogue will not be viewed as you are the first on ignore!
LoL, how about now? is it "practicable" yet. How do they get away with this? has anyone else done their part and filed an SEC complaint? It only takes like 10 minutes! Anyone who invested here did so based on nothing but lie's (which go far beyond the div scam).
Will they ever be held accountable? Maybe not!
The short answer is nothing.... As usual, It was all just another lie. Amazing how they have evaded SEC investigation this long.
Again, not everyone wants your cushy and boring automatic Camry.
"they should keep marketing their gimmicky cars with diesel "
and manual headlights and hard suspension and low profile "performance" tires and no backup camera and lousy stereos and vinyl "leatherette"
Seriously? These cars actually handle well and do have very nice interiors - and good stereo's if you want. Much nicer to drive than mom and pop sedans from US and Europe.
They are the 3rd larges mfg in the world, so not everyone thinks as you do.
Your defintition of "Amercanized" worries me.
VW tends to be a car better suited for those enjoy driving. Not everyone wants all the #$%$ you mentioned in a car.
They need to focus on reliability and have better warranty coverage. I hope they continue to offer manual transmissions and offer performance oriented cars devoid of silly bells and whistles if one choses.
As a tdi owner I am not happy about the situation, but life is to short to drive a Camry.

Did they think we would just forget?
Heading to sub penny, and faster then you think. I seriously think they're following new friends ARYC.
-IP is all but worthless now.
-Competition has beat them too it (OvaDX is one example)
-Has zero credibility with lenders and other companies
in this space, has to resort to most devastating finance terms to keep the doors open.
-back wages, can not pay even the 6 employees after 20 yrs in business.
-"Arrayitmobile" Porsche worth more then the entire company (now thats Ghetto!).
-Blunder after blunder is one thing, but out right lying is something else. How they have managed to evade prosecution is beyond me...
I say all this because AMBS is heading in the same direction, I promise. Any company that needs to resort to such measures is not worth investing in. It really is that simple.
