    Upgrade 9/26/14
We project that VII will perform in line with the market over the next 6 to 12 months. This projection
is based on our analysis of three key factors that influence common stock performance: earnings
strength, relative valuation, and recent price movement.

They still have combined revenue of some $56M. Not a small amount.
With proper cuts, and new vision Fullerton should be able to turn it around.
Yes, it is not easy. Also, new CEO is salesman, I am sure there are few tricks up
his sleeve, otherwise, they would not hire him.

The question is whether CEO will be able to dismantle and fire old boys networks that calcified there over the decades and probably a lot of other stuff too.
I don't know who gave him mandate, and how wide and deep that mandate is?
Is it shareholders or old boys?

Benzinga is departing from this short sellers nonsense and just put a note of warning to shorts, saying
the upside of fundamentally disconnected stock can in theory be limitless....

L3 Communications (LLL) could be another interested party...check them out... $9.8B market cup....
DGLY with not even $50M is peanuts for these guys...

That would be excellent question to ask them.

Today, I called IR, but no reply, so I left a message complaining about the lack of IR in general and
    conference calls in particular.

Couldn't IQinVision get some contacts from military, to put cameras on drones?

VII needs to move on from the 70-ties....you are absolutely right...

  • Michigan $4.5M+$2M ($1.1M allocated for Q3)
    3 small, each around $25K
and now US Military $200K, first in a series...

We are waiting for $1M+ one any moment, for DGLY to go to new high....

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • mitchpit11@gmail.com mitchpit11 Sep 26, 2014 2:31 PM Flag

BTW, this is actually 5th contracts made in just a month:

    Michigan $4.5M+$2M
    3 small, $25K
and now US Military $200K, first in a series...

You sincerely believe there will be no contracts after, say end of October, and after several big impact presentations?

I expect to hear from West Virginia...and more military stuff.

You might be right, it could go down, no question, but it will not
go down due to competition. Taser is trash...cheap chinese made stuff...other PD's will realize it when they see US Military is ordering.

And yes, please short....I want to add more on a cheap...

There is something called growth expectation. Beats fundamentals any day.
Just ask early Facebook, Apple, LinkedIn, Alibaba....etc...
DGLY have plenty of those too...

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • TheStreet, Seeking Alpha, Street Sweeper and its paid hit writer Sonya &
finally kids at Benzinga, all of them, have a very negative bias against DGLY.

From the very top: remember Cramer and his rumbling about Chinese made cheap Taser cameras?

    One should ask why?

Well, this is organized short cabal that starts with spread of false news, fears etc. in order to profit from
short position. And it works as long as people give them any credibility. I sure don't!

Look at this article and stupidity of it all:

One Reason Digital Ally (DGLY) Stock Is Soaring Today
    BY Kurumi Fukushima
    09/26/14 - 11:06 AM EDT |

Find out if (DGLY) is in Cramer's Portfolio.

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of Digital Ally Inc (DGLY_) are soaring 21.88% to $18.38 after a U.S. military base placed a $200,000 order for the company's video evidence gathering system.

The system includes its wearable camera, in-car camera, and hands-free recording activation technology systems.

Digital Ally hopes to deliver the initial order in the third quarter, and expects additional orders.

Separately, TheStreet Ratings team rates DIGITAL ALLY INC as a Sell with a ratings score of D. TheStreet Ratings Team has this to say about their recommendation:

"We rate DIGITAL ALLY INC (DGLY) a SELL.

To Mr. Fukushima: Have you ever heard of growth companies?

When you drive car do you look forward or back?

DGLY is $50 stock. It can go there any moment, or take few months, but for sure will be there.

Just today, on $200K order it jumped 30%+ at one point. There will be few $1M+ orders coming, like MI,
    that is also no question.

Thus, if you are long, you are sitting pretty on this gem, waiting to go through its gyrations to its $50+ mark.
As you said, there is no negative news on horizon whatsoever, and plenty of positive news pipelined and pending to be released.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • mitchpit11@gmail.com mitchpit11 Sep 26, 2014 1:30 PM Flag

Of course the answer is NO. DGLY proved time and time again that it can surprise when least expected.
It is on a growth path, no question. Police first, now military, next Gov. agencies!? It is US made and that
    makes a lot of difference.

I believe, DGLY will be gobbled up by somebody very soon. Just too much of a vast market for their unique, high quality products and too cheap of valuation for DGLY.

Shorts did play their role, they actually provided an opportunity for people to buy into DGLY recent weakness.

As for shorts itself, hmmm....tough call here....They may be in entering cult mentality thinking that DGLY is
gonna be single digits, and even today TheStreet is still holding SELL rating, which is laughable.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • This news will have to make TASR execs nervous, perhaps even consider buyout of DGLY.
The value of future contracts with military, not only at home, but oversees too, is astronomical!!!
DGLY is worth at least $50 RIGHT NOW!

There is no turning back...go DGLY!

Just for the record: this is 3rd small contract for police cameras DGLY landed in the last 30 days.
We are all obviously waiting for a bigger $1M+ contracts from larger cities, and I am sure it will be forthcoming...

Digital Ally to present at West Virginia Sheriffs' Conference in Charleston!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Sept. 19 2014
The Raytown Board of Aldermen unanimously approved the purchase of 31 body cameras for the police department this week. Captain Michelle Rogers told the board that two officers began testing the cameras in March and that the test was successful.

The cameras provide high definition (HD)-quality video and will be purchased from Digital Ally, who provides the in-car cameras already in use by the department. The body cameras will be compatible with the in-car cameras. Chief Jim Lynch explained that those cameras automatically turn on when a police car’s lights are activated. He said that the body cameras could be set up to activate at the same time. The standard operating mode is capable of capturing the 60 seconds prior to the record time.

“[Digital Ally is] really good at working with us and getting us the help we need,” Rogers said.

Each camera will be assigned to a specific officer, who will be responsible for using it, charging it and turning it in to their superior for downloading. No officer will have the ability to edit or delete files.

All records will be stored on the department’s hard drive for a period of two years, unless otherwise required for evidence or investigatory purposes.

Formal policy for use of the cameras is currently being developed and has not yet been finalized.

The cameras will outfit the patrol unit, and the hope is to eventually purchase additional cameras for the detective unit. The cost, including the necessary software, is about $25,000.

Hi Lyle, nice to hear from you, although the topic is rather grim....
ACUR did not positively surprise its investors in almost 2 years now.
My position is very small at the moment, but since I do follow ACUR, I have to say it is really close to sinking
ship. Yes, Bob and Pete are arranging chairs, some news here and there, really minor stuff,
like that $300K grant that would cover Bob's salary for 6 months.

The stock price does not matter, Pete can always do reverse 10:1 split, like they did before, and ACUR can last another 1.5 years with current cash/credit reserves.

My real concern is Oxecta. What is taking them so long? Patents have their longevity, ACUR also lost few patent infringement cases to generic drug companies.

If Oxecta is so sexy, wouldn't ACUR be in position to demand high price and close the deal quickly!?
Or the management is playing games again, with timings, bonuses, maybe they will sell Oxecta for nothing
after their pockets are lined up...

Really tough to call on this one....sorry, I do not have much to predict here, except to wait and observe...
