I'm just curious?? For those who sold today, it's none of my business, but why? What is your cost basis? The company trades at cash. You buy the company's IP for nothing here. If you sell here, your belief is that none of their candidates make it to clinic. Good luck to all!
I'm sorry, but this Iain Ross has been an utter disaster for Novogen. The lack of clarity on the GK departure. Then he promises a comprehensive update by September 1. What do we get............trials to commence in 2016! Are you kidding me?? Tell us, 1st quarter? 2nd quarter?? Duh, no wonder everyone is selling. The conclusion I've arrived at is that Graham Kelly was fired because he may have misled investors regarding the timing of things. Specifically, misleading those who participated in the offering. Those folks are down a cool 50% in 3-4 months. The newsflow will be quiet for some time. Here we come $2.
or a tough tape for small cap Biotechs?
No other way to spin it!
Seemed like decent news yesterday. Thank you
It be nice if the price gains could hold once in a while.
Moose.........I hope you're joking with this e-trade krap. Why on earth would Etrade tell their customers that?? C'mon Moose, you can do better than that!
I think the share price decline indicates investors are fearing the worst, ie:fraud, misrepresentation on the part of GK.
I've been popping in on the hotcopper board, and a topic being discussed is GK poaching Novogen patents/technology. Anyone here have any thoughts on that?
Investors need more information now, no questions asked.
GK can't go on a road show, convince investors to buy an offering @ $6, then hit the road 3 months later. With those investors down over 50%, clarity is essential...........like today. They can't wait. They'll never be able to raise money again.
Share price was $4.37 the day GK quit. Now $2.80, down 40%. He NEEDS to come out and clear things up NOW. By September 1st, this will be in the 1's if this continues. He should also buy stock in open market right now.
Surf...........I sure hope Sir Iain has a few tricks up his sleeve. The next moves need to resonate, as I feel it will take alot to get investors confidence back. Question for you......you think the timeline for trials will be set back due to the happenings of last few weeks?
Bottoms are tough to call. With that being said, Novogen @ $3 is priced by the markets as a house of cards. As we know, that's a very low probability with third party institutions doing their pre-clinical testing.
As for yesterday, a 63,000 share block @ 9:35 AM spooked traders, shares never recovered. It's just been a tough few weeks. Hopefully they get the ship righted!
Surf, if they'd address the elephant in the room................the GK departure, it would put some nervous investors at ease. Until then, that's where the focus will be, not the science. Eventually, it's all about the science....
Another thing, I hope GK didn't do something stupid...............which led to his exit. At these prices, investors are valuing this as if it's a house of cards.
If you're long, the events of last 2 weeks are very troubling. I still want to know what really happened to Graham. He was canned for a reason, investors should be informed as to why. Someone dumped 63,000 shares at 9:40 this morning. That trade, I surmise, was a margin call entered at the market, which crushed the share price and took out lots of stops. It is troubling that the price is not recovering. Like I said a million times, if Yale, Ohio St/Nationwide, Long Island-Feinstein weren't involved, I'd be running for the hills. May buy more at the close today.
